Staff extremely friendly, go all the way to help on we chat, help me book Didi when my Didi app canot work. Help u carry luggage as hotel lobby is on 7th floor of office building, rooms are from 8th floor. There is one lady Chen Su Mei, ( if I got the spelling right) helpful to explain places how to get there. The 2 male staffs there also extremely helpful in explaining how to get to places. Would recommend to friends n travellers to Xiamen. Convenient location, next to main tourist Street and opposite ferry to Gulanyu island.

I had a pleasant stay at Xiamen Yong Li Da Garden Hotel. The location is very convenient — surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. It made getting around the city easy and stress-free. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

After two weeks of exhaustive research, I finally went with my gut feeling and booked this hotel – and what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! It truly exceeded both my child's and my expectations! **Environment & Facilities:** The ambiance is genuinely fantastic. It's a fully smart-equipped hotel, with a chic, minimalist design – truly living up to its 'designer hotel' name! Impeccable cleanliness is a given and perfectly executed. Safety was also a major plus; the access door to the rooms is secured at night, requiring a room card for entry. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, which my child absolutely adored! **Service & Details:** The service was incredibly thoughtful and warm! I had mentioned over the phone beforehand that I'm sensitive to odors (though there wasn't any actual odor in the room), and the staff proactively provided a Xiaomi air purifier – such a considerate gesture! We hadn't booked breakfast, but when my child wanted to try it the next day, the hotel generously offered a complimentary breakfast for them. This heartwarming gesture truly touched us! The unlimited complimentary bottled water was a big win for me. And the free summer drinks in the lobby (iced lemon tea, iced lemonade, honeysuckle, and chrysanthemum tea) were absolute lifesavers! Coming back from the scorching heat and having a refreshing drink instantly re-energized us. **Location:** Absolutely superb! Zhongshan Road is literally downstairs, yet our room was surprisingly quiet – truly a tranquil haven amidst the hustle and bustle. It's super close to walk to Ba Shi Market, Zhonghua City shopping mall, and the ferry terminal. Zhongshan Road itself offers endless opportunities for strolling and indulging in local treats! Taxis are readily available and can drop you right at the hotel entrance, which made traveling with a child incredibly convenient and stress-free. **Summary:** From the environment and services to the unbeatable location, every single aspect was impressive. Our decision to book this hotel was absolutely spot-on! I highly recommend it to families with children or any traveler seeking a quality stay. Next time we're in Xiamen, we'll definitely be returning here! And to top it all off, they even gave us two lovely souvenir gifts upon departure.

Very comfortable. Location was great. Easy access to everywhere. Guest service super helpful. As i am solo traveller, I enquired a lot of things. Special mention to Li Xia(李霞) . She went extra mile to help me check and call pub for reservation and even hair spa. Thank you very much. Definitely will recommend to friends.

Friendly, clean, safe, quiet, the voice-controlled room is creative, it is ok for a single person, but if a double person sleeps, turning on the light in the toilet may affect others' sleep because the toilet is a glass partition. It's a pity that there is no refrigerator.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 1987, and it was a wonderful experience overall. Upon arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from every staff member we encountered. Their service was top - notch. They were always available, attentive, and eager to assist with any request promptly. To my delight, my child mentioned how amazing the hotel service was at least five times! It's not often that a young one takes notice and is so impressed. The only minor drawback was that the rooms were a bit on the small side. However, the outstanding service more than made up for it. In fact, because of the exceptional service, we decided to extend our stay by one more day. All in all, despite the limited room space, the remarkable service and friendly atmosphere made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend Hotel 1987 to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The service of this hotel is really good. The cleaner （思娇）noticed we were doing laundry and were hanging our clothes everywhere, so she put on her own initiative to provide drying rack for us. Cute and sweet. Location of this hotel is really strategic with bus stop and metro station nearby.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming, kindly upgrading our room for free. The suite was incredibly spacious! It also came with a standard breakfast buffet, offering a rich mix of both Chinese and Western dishes. The subway station is just across the street, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. Plus, there's a shared bike docking station right outside the hotel entrance. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the duvet was very soft against the skin. They provide individually packaged toiletries, and even offered hand soap and disinfectant laundry detergent. Besides disposable slippers, they also provided non-slip slippers for the bathroom.

Great location. Adjacent to Xiamen High Speed Railway station, Subway station and BRT station. There is an underground shopping mall just in front of hotel. Staffs are very helpful. English speaking service is very limited to couple of reception staffs available in daytime. If you are not a Chinese speaker, you will need to rely on online translation service.

The staff are very young, enthusiastic, and will do their best to assist you. Breakfast is delicate and delicious, with a touch of local flavor. A light late-night snack is also offered—it’s simple, but very comforting. One of the best features of the hotel is the laundry room, which is especially convenient for families and long-term travelers. The laundry assistance and delivery service provided by the staff is almost unbelievable—they can wash and dry your clothes in the middle of the night and hang them on your door before you even wake up. It’s the kind of service that’s rarely seen anywhere in the world!
