1、地址:不在沃爾瑪所在的民發廣場，在北面這棟樓，見圖一。
2、一般房型是每個單元門裡上下樓兩個房間，相互獨立，互不幹擾。房間比較乾淨，見圖二。隔音要求不要太高，和一般住宅一樣。
3、去古隆中、北街（古城）、博物館、唐城都有公交直達（民發廣場公交站台），其中去北街（古城）三站路，沒事可以幾個來回。
4、南面那棟民發廣場是商場，風華路夜市在民發廣場左前（地下通道過街就行）

已經是第二次入住這家酒店了，住宿體驗依舊是很美好，這家酒店位置又好在襄陽的市中心位置，附近的公交站可以直達襄陽的每一個景點，旁邊就有好幾個商場和小吃街，吃飯買東西都很方便，有許多的美食可以嘗試，和對象在襄陽玩了四天，每天客服姐姐都會很親切的訊問是否需要打掃房間，房間裏還有洗衣機和冰箱，為長期入住增添了許多的便利，以後在襄陽遊玩還會再次光臨。

性價比超級高，在一個旅遊城市，能住到這種性價比，很棒了！酒店就在長虹路邊上，高鐵站過來25分鐘，去襄陽古城也很方便，酒店房間是新裝修的，前台服務人員很熱情，推薦我們去了周邊的夜市小吃，特色牛肉麪。
