The hotel was okay, closed to airport and accessible. Clean and nice staff.

Good location nearby airport. Free transfer bus to and fro between airport and hotel.

The hotel location is excellent. Staff is helpful. The breakfast starts from 5:30. How ever the shuttle bus leaves at the same time. Thus no time to enjoy the meal. Suggest to just the frequency and timing for shuttle bus.

I stayed at this hotel for one night before an early morning flight out of Zhengzhou Airport, and overall, it was a smooth experience. The location is excellent — just a short drive from the airport, which made getting to my flight stress-free. They also offered a free shuttle service, which was on time and very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed: a hot shower, reliable Wi-Fi, and a decent bed. I wouldn’t call it luxurious, but for a transit stay, it was more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful, even with limited English. They helped me arrange a taxi and made sure I knew the shuttle schedule. One small downside was that there weren’t many dining options nearby, but the hotel’s own restaurant had decent food at reasonable prices. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone needing a convenient overnight stay near the airport.

It was so near the airport and the price is reasonable. Free drop off shuttle is very punctual. Will definitely stay again if I have long layover

Breakfast was good, great location, food options at the airport. However, no direct way to get to the airport other than taking a taxi or the provided shuttle, which ends quite early if you plan on arriving after dinner time.

You need to either arrange a pickup or get a taxi to this hotel, but it’s convenient if you have a layover in Zhengzhou.

Room is clean, service is good

The service is very bad and the personnels is not polite. The room and the hallway are filled up with the smoke and odd mole smells. The shower hot water is very difficult to adjust.

Booked one night as our flight arrived too late for our onward journey. Hotel arranged to pick us up from the 4th floor of the airport and it was quite straight forward, despite the snow storm. Hotel was very close to the airport. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Arrived late and left early so not much else to say except it’s a very convenient hotel for an overnight stopover if you have a late or early flight.

The staff is very kind and helpful and very efficient. The air conditioner in the room was unfortunately not effective. It was very very cold in the room although the air conditioner ran.

simple convenient hotel

Good location next to airport with shuttle. A little worn out but firs the purpose. Requested to change room as initial one was next to the road and noisy. Upgraded me without anybectra charge to a room that looked in much better condition and cleaner. Good customer service.
