A place that allowed us to rejuvenate and sleep well! It has a hot spring tub in the room. Bed is a king size bed. Toilet has a sewer smell though, so that is one minus point. Service is awesome. Service staffs were helping us to bring our luggage down and up the car. They also helped navigate our car into the old city. We appreciate the free snacks and arrival drinks. The disposable toothbrush is surprisingly usable. The location is near to food street; the staff will gladly direct you to it. Thanks for the staff — 丽莎，小赵，小良!

I specifically booked a small courtyard room with a private hot spring. Unexpectedly, this impromptu decision turned out to be the perfect and unexpectedly perfect part of my trip. The moment I arrived, I was captivated: the bluestone path led the way inside, first around a small koi pond, and then around the corner, I stumbled upon a staircase and a library. The moment I opened the door to the small courtyard, I couldn't help but exclaim, "Wow!" A few lush bamboos lined the courtyard, and the room boasted a private hot spring, a large bed with thick gauze curtains, and a small coffee table on the tatami mat nearby. Just thinking about sitting here sipping tea after a soak in the hot springs filled me with a sense of comfort. Even more heartwarming was the front desk attendant—seeing me carrying my luggage, the young man immediately came over to take it. Without waiting for me to ask, he proactively said, "The courtyard you reserved is at the very back. We'll take you there." He explained everything along the way, from how to use the private bathhouse and whether to add extra bedding to which mutton soup restaurant in the ancient city is the most authentic and the best photo spots with the lights on at night. He explained everything in detail, making it easier than having a travel guide. This little world in Xinzhou Ancient City, with its elegant pavilions and flowing water, and its cozy atmosphere, as well as its genuine hospitality, brought a heartwarming end to this prayer trip. It turns out that sometimes, not following the plan can lead to unexpected beauty!

The hot springs were amazing and clean! This hotel is truly built with nostalgia in mind! I've decided to make a special trip to stay for three days next time and explore the old city! This five-star hot spring hotel is located in the ancient city, conveniently located to the North and South Streets. They say the decor and service are of star-rated hotel standards, and it's pet-friendly. Next time I come, I'll stay in a room in the courtyard. There's a particularly welcoming cow cat at the door—I heard it's a stray cat the owner feeds. It's incredibly friendly.

The environment is comfortable and beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, the girls and brothers are very enthusiastic to help us move the boxes, the room is very considerate and they gave us snacks and welcome fruits, as well as free afternoon tea. They also gave us a small gift when we left. It's so thoughtful. I will stay here again next time.

The warm and attentive service provided by Ms. Yang and another young man was truly touching and memorable!
