I booked this B&B originally to see the wisteria in Zhongshan, but I gained even better memories than the wisteria flowers. The B&B is very close to Nakajima Station, just across the street. The courtyard is in the center surrounded by houses. It was still rainy when I went there, but whether the sun was out or not, you could appreciate the aesthetic taste of the courtyard owner. The proprietress is a hospitable and considerate person. Her English level is better than 90% of the Japanese I met during my travels, so there was no communication barrier. We chatted like friends, and she mostly listened carefully to me talking about my travels and past experiences, Japanese swords and Chinese TV dramas... She also recommended the cafeteria and convenience stores here to me. The cafeteria is cheap and delicious, and the portions are big. There was a cute Buxi doll lying at her feet, and I felt very happy listening to the townspeople chatting and drinking and eating yakitori (even though I didn't understand them). The house is a Japanese tatami house, but the facilities are clean and tidy, and the toilet and bathroom are very new. It should be said that the proprietress takes good care of it. She is really a person who loves life. Living here can also be infected by her mentality. Even if you leave, you will keep reminiscing about it. You will want to live here next time you return to Fukuoka.

It was great to experience this traditional home-style inn that is run by hard work during this trip to Japan. It is a 2-minute walk from Nishitetsu Nakajima Station. I was the only guest there when it was snowing on the day I arrived. The proprietress was kind and friendly and spoke good English. She prepared different and rich breakfasts and dinners for me every day. In addition, the bathing room can be used alone. I slept very well after two consecutive nights of bathing. Although the inn is a bit old, all places used by guests are very clean, which makes people feel at ease. ￥15000 for two nights with breakfast and dinner included, exclusive use of the bathroom, and for this price on Friday and Saturday nights, I will stay again. There is delicious eel rice 14 minutes' walk away, and there is a fish shop that grills seafood next to the 7-11 3 minutes' walk away. *The only thing I would like to remind you is that it is inconvenient to carry large luggage, because you have to walk up stairs to Nishitetsu Nakajima Station and you also have to carry the luggage up stairs to the hotel, but I was able to move it freely with a 28-inch suitcase.

It is a small station about 3 tram stops away from Yanagawa and 6 tram stops away from Omuta. The hotel is just a few steps away from the station. The environment of the small town is very quiet and peaceful, and it is very comfortable to use as a stopover. The owner is very hospitable and makes you feel at home. The room was kept very tidy. You can add breakfast and dinner, and there are discounts if you order them together. The price seems to fluctuate according to the ingredients, so it is better to ask on site. The breakfast and dinner in the photo are 2,000 yen. The ingredients are fresh, the quantity and taste are good. The bathroom is shared, and you need to press a button on the wall to turn on the hot water for bathing. I'd stay there again if I have the chance.

The only downside is that there is no hair dryer provided, which is not very convenient for the three of us women with long hair.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Yanagawa. It's conveniently located near the station. There are no convenience stores nearby so I bought water from a vending machine. The building is old, but it felt like I was visiting my grandmother's house. There was a bath area so I could take a long soak in the tub and it was nice that there were also two shower booths. The toilets and washrooms were clean. However, I couldn't find a hairdryer (maybe you can borrow one from the front desk?), so I let my hair dry naturally. There was nothing good or bad around the area, and the stars were beautiful at night, which was nice.

I went to Saga to meet a friend and it was close so I went there and came back. Even though I arrived late, the staff was kind and it was great that I could take a bath at night.

I recommend this hotel. 1. The transportation is convenient. It is about 100 meters away from Nishitetsu Nakajima Station. There is no stationmaster at this station. If you are not using an IC card, remember to get an "entry certificate" when entering the station. It only takes 100 meters to go to Yanagawa. 3 stops. 2. The food is good, at home cooking level, but full of sincerity. 3. The boss lady can speak good English.

The people at the inn were very kind and provided good service. It was close to the station and a convenience store, so it was a comfortable stay! The baths and restrooms were new and clean.

The walls were thin and the noise from next door woke me up multiple times.

It was a great experience that allowed me to experience the real Japan, not just downtown shopping. It was a tatami room, friendly guidance and service, and a satisfying breakfast service. It was a bit disappointing that the location search through Google came out as coordinates, but when I looked in the morning, there was a bigger side street, which was a sad and funny experience. I was happy to see the satisfied families. I regret not being able to spend much time there. Thank you.

It is a traditional Japanese ryokan, an ordinary ryokan in the countryside. It was even colder because I stayed there in the cold weather. The bathroom and toilet were outside, which was inconvenient. The owner was kind and considerate. He was considerate and gave me water for the family bath, so I was able to relieve my fatigue.
