We received a free upgrade. Room is clean, bed and pillow are very comfy. Helpdesk is extremely helpful, they even help me to contact the hotel that i’m going to stay, added their WeChat as well as mine just to ensure I can safely reach the location.

The hotel are clean and convenient to everywhere in Yanji. Reception very polite and welcoming.

The location of the hotel is very good. Just across the street is the West Market, and it's only more than ten minutes away from the floating market. The front desk staff is very warm and thoughtful, and they are always responsive! The hotel even provides midnight snacks of porridge and small buns! The room is clean and tidy, and the small refrigerator provides drinks! In short, it is a very good experience!

I was on a business trip to a strange city a few days ago. I was exhausted when I arrived at the hotel late at night. When I came back from going out in the afternoon, the room had been tidied up as new. Even the notebook I casually spread out was carefully closed and placed in the middle of the desk. There was also a fresh fruit basket on the bedside table. This stay was really full of surprises. I especially want to praise the housekeeping sisters. They made the room feel like home with their silent efforts. From the notes on the bedside to the neatly placed slippers, from the spotless bathroom to the bedding with the smell of sunshine, every detail shows their professionalism and thoughtfulness. The warm reception of the front desk brother is like the warm sun in winter, and the meticulous service of the housekeeping sisters is like the breeze in spring, making people feel comfortable and at ease. Such a thoughtful hotel, I must stay again next time I come to this city!

The hotel space is so large, bright, clean, and superior geographical setting. Next to it is the West Market, Berry City, Yanji Department Store. 10 minutes walk to People's Park, Water Market. 

Everything is very good, cost-effective, detailed service is also good, the experience is very good. In the city, it is also very convenient to go shopping and eat. Next time I come, I will choose to stay again.

You should eat something first." Later, I learned that the pack of crackers was kept by her for the night shift. When I checked out the next morning, she handed me another breakfast: "This is the warm millet porridge I asked the kitchen for. You should drink some." She also told me to "avoid raw and cold food and take medicine on time." During the chat, I learned that she saw that I was in poor condition the day before, so she sent a message to her sister who was a nurse to ask about ways to nourish the stomach. In fact, I knew that these were not her job, but she did it as naturally as if she was helping a friend around her. It was already early in the morning when I returned to the hotel.
