The stay experience at Four Points by Sheraton Yantai was perfect, and I would like to especially thank Jolin at the front desk for her attentive service! When we arrived at the hotel, Jolin quickly eliminated our travel fatigue with a warm smile and cordial greetings. When we checked in, she not only patiently and carefully introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding conditions, but also recommended local specialties and tour routes. During my stay, I encountered a temporary change in my itinerary. Jolin took the initiative to help coordinate the room extension and efficiently solved the urgent problem. When we left the hotel, she also specially sent a small gift and warm blessings. Every detail reflects her professionalism and sincere attitude. This attentiveness made me feel the comfort and care of home, leaving me with unforgettable and beautiful memories of my trip to Yantai!
