Clean smallish room with comfortable bed, though both sink & shower drain were clogged. Good central location but very noisy street traffic. Would be better if staff acknowledge guests with a smile

We only spent a single night at this hotel and mainly booked it for its good location. It turned out to be a really nice hotel though, very clean, with a nice bathroom, AC, everything you need. The room itself did not have a window - well, at least not a window leading to the outside. There was a window leading to some empty room between the hotel room and the hallway, which was nice though as they put a flower pot in there. People at the reception were really friendly as well. All in all a good choice.

I'm quite satisfied. There's a snack street behind the hotel, which is very convenient. The bus stops are also very close, making it easy to get around. The room is very clean, not particularly large, but very cozy. The fully intelligent Xiaodu is very convenient. Overall, it's ok.

I've stayed at the Borman Hotel before and had a good impression elsewhere, so I chose it again this time in Yantai. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room wasn't very large, but the cleanliness was acceptable and it was convenient for travel. The only problem was that the bathroom wasn't leaking properly. Since it was late, I didn't call the staff. Otherwise, it was fine.

The room was clean, well-equipped, and the service was excellent, though there was a line for laundry. The breakfast was also good. The environment was nice. It's very close to the high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute walk. Turn right out of the hotel and walk a little further, there are plenty of food options. I also checked out the lonely whale, but it's a bit far to get a taxi.

The hotel is newly renovated, but it doesn't smell! There are quite a few rooms. The rooms are small, but they've been newly installed with Xiaodu, smart curtains, and a smart toilet. The location is great, making it very convenient for getting around. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant and polite!
