物超所值的酒店，地理位置很幽靜，晚上能好好休息，出行又很方便，走幾分鐘就到海邊了，長長的海岸線和沙灘散步特別舒服～前台服務周到細緻，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，樓層服務員的態度也很好。酒店門口有個大停車場，商務和親子游都合適，真的很好！

首先，必須給【20號中午21號早晨前台戴眼鏡的帥哥】和【20號晚前台姐姐、維修帥哥】點贊。前台戴眼鏡帥哥服務周到，有問必答，很有耐心；20號晚因為要飲用水、洗衣服等瑣事多次打擾前台姐姐，每次都很熱情很有耐心；打不開洗衣機維修帥哥馬上上來幫忙解決，非常熱情有禮貌。
其次，酒店位置非常好，離棧橋、漁人碼頭等景點都很近，出去玩很方便。衞生條件也很好，設施齊全，價格很實惠，性價比高高高！

位置：地理位置堪稱優越，離海邊很近，走路十幾分鍾可看見海，開車到漁人碼頭和黃海明珠超近的。周邊有小區學校，吃飯購物還算方便。早餐選擇了品種很豐富藍白快餐（步行400多米）。酒店大堂還有家庫迪，喝咖啡超方便的。缺點是旁邊有個大工地。
設施：酒店很新，規模不小，房間很大，非常安靜，停車有專門看守的酒店停車場。客房基礎設備齊全，空調、熱水穩定，床品舒適，衞生打掃細緻，性價比十分突出。
服務：比較熱情。

有自己的停車場。房間還算可以，早餐不行，不建議在酒店使用，連住了兩天兩天的旅遊團，早上吃的都被吃光了，食堂也不上新的菜，一直等到八點半就吃了一點西蘭花和饅頭，豆漿沖水不好喝。天氣太熱不給開空調。所以給分不高。

酒店不面海，但離海不遠，步行幾分鐘可達，東山棧道走過去也不太遠，看日出很方便，附近有公交站台，去各景點很方便，而且公交很便宜，到哪都是一塊錢，酒店的早餐很棒，還有機器人送外賣服務，推薦入住

整體感受一般，首先房型與酒店披露的照片差異比較大，面積也沒有實際那麼大，其次是客房打掃服務不到位，不打掃衞生，總是要我們叫愛姨去打掃，有時打掃了嘛，一次性用品又老是不放，牙刷，毛巾，拖鞋等，難不成看我們是連住就可以不放，不至於節省這一點成本，前台服務挺好的，有求必應，但是天天要自己去問也挺累的。

房間和服務都挺好，衞生乾淨，服務技術，比較智能，感覺隔音也還好，就是要是聽到沖水的聲音，設施比較衞生，保潔大姐也都比熱情。距離漁人碼頭和煙台山都比較近。附近小區有吃早餐的地方，晚上點外賣也挺快，比較舒心！

連住了四個晚上。酒店位置太好了，步行幾分鐘到迎賓路圖書館公交站，就可以方便去往朝陽街煙台山漁人碼頭等景點，可以步行去海韻廣場和海邊棧道。酒店乾淨整潔舒適，門口有個很大的停車場，有專人負責管理。早餐中規中矩，但現磨咖啡很是驚艷。每次進出，所有服務人員都會禮貌打招呼。喜歡點外賣的朋友，酒店有機器人送餐服務哦
