巨差無比，一直用攜程，訂過無數次酒店，這是我在攜程的第一個差評，非常糟心的經歷：
設施：看起來還可以，實際非常粗製濫造。1.地板會一直噼裏啪啦的到處響，對沒錯！地板會響，前所未聞吧！2.排風扇不能關，聲音非常大，所以晚上睡覺就會聽到排風扇和地板的二重奏。
3.重頭戲來了，我們玩了一天晚上回來發現房間居然斷電了，黑燈瞎火的，地上、衣櫃裏全都是水，掛在衣櫃裏的衣服也濕了！明明白天出門的時候還好好的！於是打電話給前台，前台説安排人員過來，結果我們站在走廊等了十幾分鐘沒人來，催了第二遍，等了又等還是沒人來，我們又下樓去前台找人，就這樣一共等了快半個小時工作人員才姍姍來遲。
最終解決方案就是幫我們換房，漏水原因未知，晚上又折騰來回搬運行李。換好房間後工作人員主動詢問我的訂房價格，我就打開了訂單給她看，結果她來了句我的訂房價格低所以無法給我補償。？？？拜託，價格低一點是因為我用攜程積分抵扣了，沒佔你們酒店一點便宜哦！最後給了一個人人都有的保温杯和五個聖女果、一根香蕉作為補償😂。
環境：攜程顯示24年開業，但一進房間就能聞到非常濃烈的刺鼻氣味，窗户打開怎麼散都散不掉！
服務：效率低，缺乏應急處理經驗。
衞生：床單有臟的印記，請保潔阿姨幫忙換了

環境：酒店庭院式風格，院落很大，住房區也是分了好幾棟樓宇，非常安靜，很適合夜間散步
位置：出門就是海邊，去哪裡都比較方便
服務：服務很棒，每一位接待人員都很熱情，及時解決問題，點贊大堂主管小白、及接待孫輝，幫忙介紹周邊景點以及煙台附近美食
設施：泳池很乾凈，健身房不店大但是健身設備非常齊全～房間住起來也很舒服，值得一個好評，下次還來 ～

酒店庭院是古典園林設計，酒店建築也是。房間設計風格也雅緻。最高的一棟樓有7層。其他幾棟1-3層。酒店剛開業不久，餐廳還沒有全部啟用。早餐自助餐很棒，其中炸黃花魚口味不錯。其他煙台小吃也是亮點。
期待不斷完善酒店的各項功能。
酒店位置很好，與大海一路之隔。旁邊是東山賓館。是煙台市內的黃金位置了。

디자인이랑 수영장 딱 두개만 보고 갔는데 둘다에대해 실망했어요.
일단 외국인손님을 받을준비도 되어있지않을 뿐더러 아직 공사중이라 오픈준비중인 상황이라고 봐야해요.
3월17일에 수영장을 사용했다는 리뷰를 보고 수영할준비물을 챙겨갔는데 공사중이라 수영이불가능하다고 했어요. 호텔은 예뻤지만 곳곳에 공사중인 바리케이트가 전경을 망쳤습니다. 드릴소리도 시끄럽습니다.
추가로 DND기능이 적용되지 않는지 분명 청소하지말아달라고했지만 청소가되어있었어요. 그리고 다음날 씻는 도중 직원들이 문을 열고 들어올까봐 두려움에 떨어야했습니다.
샤워실에있는 와이어는 검은게 묻어나오고 나이프도 더러웠습니다. 뜨거운물은 충분히 뜨겁지않았고 차가운물도 충분히 차갑지않습니다. 욕조는 있었으나 즐길수 없었습니다.
영어나 한국어가 가능한 직원이없어 의사소통이 안되었지만 직원을은 최선을 다해 친절했어요. 그점은 감사합니다.
위의 부분들이 개선되면 장점이 많은 호텔이 될 것이지만 나는 아마도 다시 방문하지 않을 예정입니다.

出差訂的酒店出門看海，晚上到的時候收到隨手禮，感受到前台阿威和禮賓阿浩的貼心，房間免費升級，阿浩一直把我們送到房間門口，讓我感受五星級的服務，房間內部乾淨佈置合理，也是我喜歡的風格，太超預期了，下次到煙台會首選。

這個酒店超級新，就是指示牌有點看不太懂，可能是因為園林設計吧。酒店不會因為新，導致服務跟不上，反而服務是真的很棒，非常貼心，有歡迎水果，在入住之前，也有酒店的小姐姐打電話確認，是否有什麼對於房間的需求，並且也安排妥當，非常好，包括還有阿浩和阿坤，兩位前台的帥小夥，服務也非常到位，還做了升級體驗，非常不錯，強烈推薦，門口就是濱海中路，真不錯，推薦推薦！

本來這次到煙台是臨時起意，訂了三天的喜來登，入住後當晚就決定要換，抱着半信半疑的態度過來，當晚就過來看了下，有驚喜啊！這樣的的商務型酒店主打一個安靜，私密，整個蘇式園林庭院建築羣，將原來老黃海賓館改造的很用心很有想法，親子家庭住也很友好（有小朋友的家庭不要讓孩子大聲喧嘩會影響商務出差的其他客人），而且還為我們家庭免費升級了觀海大床房，面積很大東南各有巨大落地窗，東面觀海視線稍微有前面的建築遮擋，不過比起住的舒適不觀海也沒所謂，房間都是新中式風格的傢俱配套了，膠囊咖啡和茶具整體很有家的感覺，就是睡覺需要關掉空調，很暖和但是太乾燥。
位置：衹能説黃海賓館是懂選址的，近東炮台海豹灣和漁人碼頭海灘，出門對面就是一片海灘很近步行2分鐘。（就是點餐有點點遠，不如開車出去吃，離“在秋裏”牛肉湯飯4公里）
設施：剛剛開業不久都是全新的，注意不要損壞實木傢俱。
衞生：非常乾淨，落地窗靠近地板的地方有刮擦未乾凈的水印。
環境：蘇式園林庭院，新中式雅緻
餐飲：自助忘記價格了，餐品品種分中西簡餐，口味不水，蒸蝦醬比較符合我天津人的口味，咖啡中規中矩，夠得上5星標準。
服務：入住前一天的晚上大堂經理王香懿接待了我們，並給我留下了很好的印象，入住後1號樓大堂小鄭和禮賓小孫重點表揚👍讓我感受到了山東年青人的職業素養和淳樸自然的熱情，用温度的服務打動了顧客，相比客房服務人員就生硬了一點。
總結一下就是因禍得福的一次體驗，值得推薦給大家，商務出差和親子旅行都非常推薦！

週末送孩子回煙台上學，來過煙台好多次了，酒店也住的不少，沒想到這次選了一家寶藏酒店，黃海賓館，實在是太贊啦。畢竟是新開的酒店，設施很新。泳池很乾凈。大堂很氣派。checkin 前台服務人員非常熱情，速度也很快，還送了我們伴手禮🎁。房間很乾凈，淋浴給力👍美中不足的中央空調不太穩定，房內温度不高，因為有長者，反應後酒店人員馬上送過來一台暖風機，服務細節沒的説。早餐太豐盛啦，好吃，有煙台特色鮁魚水餃，海鮮等，很滿意。最後要説的是我媽正好週末過生日，酒店工作人員知道後特意送的小點心等，還有親手寫的賀卡，讓我們一家非常的感動。總之，黃海賓館是我在煙台入住的感覺最好的一家酒店，各個方面都喜歡。來煙台必住黃海賓館。五星酒店，贊👍👍👍。
