真的給不出太好的評價，中規中矩，畢竟做為一個便宜的賓館。比起前一天在另一個賓館大床房腳都伸不開，這家已經很好了。總之圖個便宜嘛！我是個男生，沒那麼多講究。就是公共廁所那插銷……一言難盡

電話打不通，電話打不通，電話打不通，沒法聯繫商家，很不方便，本來2號訂了一個19號到20號的三人間，然後16號上午説沒房間，打電話讓我取消，我取消了錢是退不回來的，我説不行，然後最後給我留了個房間，三個人衹有兩個枕頭，老闆態度挺好的，全程和我商量。位置非常好，隔着煙台站四百米的距離，歇腳過夜可以，衞生和設施來説稍微差一點，但是幾十塊錢，有個地方住就行了，還要啥自行車。廁所是公共廁所，沖完水之後往外漏水，希望店家修一下，總體來説沒啥毛病。

離火車站不遠，房間倒是有挺多的，但是不太適合出來遊玩的人住，對於要求不高的可以對付一下，勝在價格便宜！
