三人出行，選的三人間，房間還挺大的，但酒店是老酒店
設施：設施齊全，但比較簡單
衞生：估計是樓層比較高，房間比較多，櫃子稍微有些灰塵
環境：周邊打車都很方便，距離煙大也很近
服務：服務很好，五一假期來玩，正常是中午入住，但剛下火車八點前到酒店放行李，想到酒店簡單洗漱，前台一查有空房提前就把入住辦理了，給服務人員的貼心、周到的服務點贊

煙台玩了5天，對這家酒店印象最深刻，好像是政府機關的。價格合理，服務態度非常好，房間空間大，視野開闊，早餐品種多樣化，總之非常愉快

去濱州醫學院煙台校區出差，再次入住海悦酒店，在房間裏可以看見大海，位置非常方便，早餐也很豐富，使用攜程積分兑換了3份水果，可是衹送了1份，不解。

房間舒適整潔，寬敞乾淨，設施齊全，安靜温馨，入住第一天有歡迎水果，很貼心，五樓還有免費自助洗衣房，客房徐月巧衞生做得特別好，還貼心的幫忙燒開了熱水，公交車站就在大門口，很便利

酒店住宿體驗令人滿意。房間裝飾現代，温馨舒適。隔音效果好，安靜無擾。早餐豐富多樣，滿足味蕾。前台服務專業，效率高。交通便利，方便出行。性價比高，值得再次入住。適合各種需求的旅客。
房間安全鎖有一點點問題，可能是沒帶緊，晚上突然響了一次。

五星好評衝著王燕燕熱情周到的服務給的，其他的簡直在拖後腿……大早上開始打電鑽，打電話問前台，你不知我不知，直到我們退房還在鑽……本來感謝給升級個房間，結果週末來個電鑽刺客……其他的還行，比較乾淨整潔。早飯很豐盛。

這家酒店性價比很贊！大廳裝修簡單明亮，沙發區總有人收拾得乾乾淨淨，房間床鋪軟硬適中，被套帶着淡淡的洗衣液清香。服務員大姐特別熱情，看到我們拎着行李箱會主動幫忙按電梯，臨走還提醒附近公交站的位置。衞生間地磚沒有水漬，熱水器出水量也穩定。酒店設施簡單但乾淨，早餐熱乎可口，服務員熱情周到。衞生間熱水充足，床品清爽。性價比非常高！
