"My stay in this hotel was catastrophic, not to say a real ARNAQUE. My room felt the urine that came from the evacuation pipe, the shower was closed and the air conditioning stopped at 2 a.m. I was stuck with the heat and I had to require a new room. Since I had not sleeped well and my reservation ended at midnight, I reported this incident to the manager in the morning at 10h. She promised me to find a solution within 10 minutes. What a surprise was my discovery from the receptionist that the manager had actually asked them to wait for my card to be disabled on the midday to ask me to leave the places ! The hotel is very friendly and helpful and is very friendly and helpful."
