Very homey, the room is made of wood, the bed is very soft and comfortable, and the girls have a separate bathroom. I like to lie in the lobby on the first floor to watch a movie at night. If there are many people, there are board games to play together. The kitchen is also clean and well-equipped. There is also a bicycle in the homestay, which can be borrowed from nearby places. There are many egrets in the river at the entrance of the homestay, and the ecology is very good! No wonder this homestay is rated 9.3 on booking.

The decor is young and modern. The laundry room, kitchen, locomotive and bicycle parking lot are fully equipped. The bathroom space is very hygienic, and disinfected slippers are provided for use. The bed has a charging socket and reading light, and there is a luggage locker in the room that is sufficient for everyone to use. It is quite convenient.
Unfortunately, it takes a while to walk to the nearby Dongmen Night Market.

Let customers who are far away have a caring feeling. The breakfast is very rich and the portion is a lot, but it is better to change to a self-service style~ Because it is not wasteful to eat it... The overall feeling is great, I will visit next time.

The corresponding parking lot is far away and requires a fee.
The nearby parking lot is not cheap either.
Not recommended for families with cars

Ppearl lamBest hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

EEuniceWBefore we arrived, I emailed the hotel to require assistance from hotel to check for private charter car service for YiLan and the staff was very responsive and helpful.
Upon arrival, front desk staff was a little cold (unlike what people mentioned in the reviews). We were swiftly checked in and could go up to the room.
Hotel lobby is very cosy and welcoming, but the rooms are starting to look a little old with moulding and wear and tear. Very large, spacious and clean room. If I'm not wrong, the water to fill up the tub is not hot spring water but just normal tap/shower water. If you're looking for a hotel with with hot spring water, do take note.
Location of the hotel is great though. We were very near Jiaoxi bus transfer station and managed to walk to our hotel within 5 mins. There are restaurants and fast food, bar, and a shopping area nearby. Jiaoxi hot spring night market (only open on Sundays) is 4mins drive away and Yilan train station was 10mins on foot.
Breakfast service was great! Staff were quick to clear and set up tables without making us feel like we were being chased out. They were also very sweet. On our 3rd morning, we needed to leave to rush for our bus to Taoyuan, we were holding our luggages and they directed us to store our luggages with the front desk first. They saw that we were in a rush and told us that we could let them know if we're would like to take along some snacks or drink to accompany us on our trip. They even bid us good bye.
Check out process was smooth with an aloof staff. Felt like he couldn't be bothered.

HHao328It is very close to the Jiaoxi transfer station. You can walk there in 5 minutes. The environment is very quiet and not too far from the Jiaoxi city. The room facilities are very suitable for bathtubs. The hot water is discharged very quickly. It’s also hot enough and the bathing experience is great🎉. I will stay here again next time.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub.
The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working.
There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.”
Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.

GGuest UserLobby grand entrance was a bit shocking, totally different image from the hotel building photo BUT the room, we booked a five bedded room.
It was good with a bathtub shower room.
Breakfast was satisfying, a good spread beyond my expectation.
Just a few minutes walk from Luodong night market. The location is splendid.
There are eateries nearby as well.

After leaving, the service staff called to inform the invoice that the uppercase font was wrong. Please send the invoice back and inform them that the invoice has been donated to the donation box before hanging up the phone.

WWei CHIAOBecause I stayed for a few days at work, the room was small but there were some dining tables and chairs. The old room but I could see that it was slowly evolving. There were repainting and new aluminum windows. The most amazing thing was that the price of the homestay actually had air conditioning and heating. It coincided with the cold current. It was really happy to have heating.
But maybe because there is a mixed grass next to it, the small bugs will run in, and when they go home, they will find that the waist is bitten by unknown bugs several bags, and it is getting red and swollen. I have seen the doctor for more than a week and it is not good. It is super itchy.
