I’m not expected about this hotel for this price, but actually it’s beyond my expectations. Very good place, near JR station and convenience store.

Location is 5 minutes walking distance from JR line. Pretty convenient for those making a short trip to Yokohama area. It is also near shopping district Isezaki.

very good location and very good price! Less than one hour to Tokyo by train. And a lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The location is great being very close to Kannai station, the room was clean if small, the price was reasonable and the Wi-Fi was OK. I had two issues during my stay: 1. During my check in, the staff kept asking me if I wanted to leave my luggage. I had no idea where this was coming from and I said I’ll take my luggage to my room. They asked me about two more times if they could keep my luggage. After this, I said no I had no luggage even though I literally had it next to me. Then they said “Ah OK, we apologize for our misunderstanding” and then gave us our key. What was this all about? 2. They don’t allow you leave your luggage after you check out. In all my life, this was the only place that had this policy.

Nice clean hotel, but the staff were a let down. Unwilling to go the extra mile to help out customers.

Nice place. walking distance to station.

There is really nothing to choose from when staying at Livemax during off-peak hours. People who are familiar with this brand should understand. This one also has a password lock, and you need to lock it when entering and leaving. It is only two blocks away from Kannai Station. It actually takes more than ten minutes to walk to Motomachi Minato Mirai.

Although the hotel is small, it has complete facilities and a reasonable layout. It is suitable for business trips with a low budget. It is also close to the subway station, and there are many kinds of food nearby, as well as a game hall.

Too small... The carpet is not very clean, it's very noisy outside, not recommended for children

It is about 5 minutes away from JR Kannai Station and Yokohama Municipal Subway Isezaki-Chojamachi Station. Single rooms are narrow. The room is well-lit and clean. The room is equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator.

Because the price is very cheap, there are minimum facilities, but the hotel policy that does not allow luggage storage after check-out was notified to me until check-out, which is really a headache...

The hotel is divided into smoking and non-smoking rooms. Because there is no sign indicating non-smoking, the hotel has given smoking rooms, which feels uncomfortable. Remember, if you are a non-smoker, remember to mark the non-smoking room! The bathroom is traditional, which is convenient for taking a bath. The toilet wash basin and bathroom are separated, making it convenient for a family to stay.
