the hotel is good but the staff not approachable they didn't even speak English so that we could understand what they were saying and the slowness of their processing for the room and their check-in time which should be 2pm because that is what is stated on their site and we can go to the room

It would be better if it is renovated. The service staff is nice. Dinner is not expensive compared to restaurants outside. The food is delicious. It is really nice to listen to the piano there for afternoon tea👍
