the hotel is good but the staff not approachable they didn't even speak English so that we could understand what they were saying and the slowness of their processing for the room and their check-in time which should be 2pm because that is what is stated on their site and we can go to the room

It would be better if it is renovated. The service staff is nice. Dinner is not expensive compared to restaurants outside. The food is delicious. It is really nice to listen to the piano there for afternoon tea👍

The room is large and comfortable. The buffet is very unique but not many kinds. There are children's game facilities on the second floor. Unfortunately, the time only ends at 8 pm. I hope it can be extended.

After reporting to the front desk and asking housekeeping to clean it, it's still the same... there are hairs and it's not very clean, maybe there are too many dummies, so the service quality is inevitably low. I hope it can be cleaner next time.

The buffet breakfast is rich and the service attitude is good. Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained. At least there were no negative issues with the room number and type we stayed in.

It's a childhood memory. I stayed for one night and played in Jianhushan Amu*****t World. All the facilities are ok. But the crowd is much less. I can see that the park is still managed with care. On the contrary, there are few people and I feel very leisurely~

There are too few places to store things in the room, and there are too few mascot peripheral products. It is very close to the amu*****t park and is very convenient.
