Clean, spacious and bright, check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the facilities were convenient, the environment was good, the room was clean, the first choice for check-in, the service was excellent, and the stay was very satisfactory. The dinner HH in the executive lounge has a rich variety of dishes, and the service is even better. The reception desk greeted guests politely by standing up. The service staff Shirlene was very proactive and enthusiastic to ask me what I needed to drink, and introduced the dishes to me very seriously. The environment is not bad. The room is quite big and clean. The service is good and responsive to all requests. The point is deducted for the air conditioner. I have to complain about this. It can only emit hot air. If the mode is adjusted to 18 degrees Celsius, it will also emit hot air. I asked the customer service and said it does not work. The solution was that in the end it was too hot and I couldn't bear it, so I had to ask the receptionist to bring two electric fans. This problem was solved perfectly.

The room is large, but since it is an old hotel, the bathroom is small and smells a bit. Breakfast is a specialty of Jinling. It is very rich. The noodle stalls include fried fish and braised meat, and the cold dishes include beef and jellyfish. Although it is the Spring Festival, since Zhangjiagang is not a popular city, the hotel does not increase the price. There is welcome fruit every day, 2 bottles of drinks in the small refrigerator are free, and 2 bottles of homemade yogurt are given as a gift on the day of check-out. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and sanitary. The waiter is polite and enthusiastic. A snake doll was given when checking in. After checking in, fruits, yogurt and freshly brewed Tremella soup were given. The hotel has convenient parking and rich breakfast. I will stay here again when I come to Zhangjiagang in the future.

The basic facilities of the hotel room are good, and the bathroom has a bathtub and a shower room. But there is no USB port in the room. The hotel service is good. The front desk staff in the lobby is enthusiastic. The variety and taste of breakfast snacks need to be improved. The wontons are hard. Some meals in the restaurant are not replenished in time after they are taken out, such as green vegetables and yogurt. Some of them are reminded by the staff but not replenished in time. The color and taste of the coffee we took from the coffee machine are very light, and the coffee powder should not be replenished in time. I have been to Hong Kong so many times, and the hotel I booked this time was not very convenient. I had the opportunity to go to the island for the first time😂😂😂 Take the ferry according to the schedule, and walk about 10 minutes to arrive. It is said to be a hot spring hotel...but none of the pools are open, maybe because the weather is too cold. The bedding in the room, including bath towels, is not as clean as star hotels. A good hotel for a business trip to Zhangjigang. The breakfast has a good standard. Fresh fruits, Chinese noodles, eggs to customers choice and many more is offered. A small gym let you train a bit (could be bigger!). The restaurant is opened till 10:30pm and provides some tasty snacks when the work day lasts a bit longer and the nearby restaurants in the shopping mall are already closed. The Starbucks in the mall opens at 06:30 and is just a 7 minutes walk away.
