Good location, ideal for catching the bus from the train station to the Avatar mountain range. Suggest an early start and if travelling go on a weekday. Accommodation suited our needs and the owner was extremely helpful.

We chose to stay here for our last night, due to an early train. The room is big, clean and very comfortable. The owner has sent clear and easy instructions about how to get to the room.

Great little hotel 10 minutes walk from Zhangjiajie West Train Station. When I left for my train around 5am the next morning I met a fellow traveller who also stayed in the hotel and was also heading to the train station.
I arrived early and the hotel let me check-in and store my bags in my room. The instructions to find the hotel were very easy. Easy check-in and check-out.
I suggest contacting the hotel 1 day before you arrive to arrange luggage storage (if needed) and check-in.
The con would be that the front door was open when I arrived in the morning and came back in the evening - it would be safer to keep it locked (the bedrooms are locked and the front door was locked overnight).
Also I smelt some cigarettes/smoking from another room enter my room, and also the smell of the toilet/sewage. It must’ve come from another room and the smell only came when I heard other people come back

Nearest to railway station and economical and clean and well looked after property along with decent eating and drinking options in the vicinity. Welcoming and flexible owner. All good. Recommended!

It is not my type. It is an apartment with several bedrooms, public bathroom. But I couldn’t find any better accommodations. I stayed there for my early train on the next day. It was a very good location i just need to walk to the train station

The location is great - less than 10 min from the West train station. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The overall stay was nice and safe. Definitely recommend

The house was just 5-8 mins walk from ZJJXi Railway. It is very easy to locate with the directions given from the host. Checking in was seamless too. Took the room with the bathroom, everything was good except that the hot water takes some time to heat up, and the toilet bowl has a smell once in a while. Everything else was good. You can wash your clothes with the washing machine in the living room. Water, kitchen is available too. Host replies promptly!

The owner is nice and helpful. It is nearby the railway station. The accommodation area has several dinner options which is nearby. Overall is good!!
