We had a fantastic time staying in this hotel. The owner and every staff member is really helpful. They helped us to book the tickets which are cheaper than buying from the ticket office. And gave us guidance and routes to visit the parks and shows. Made my holidays are much easier and enjoyable. My husband and my 12 years old really enjoyed their time in Zhang Jia Jie and Wu Ling Yuan. We will definitely come back again with some more family members.

The room was very comfortable. My daughter said it was her dream house. The owner was very nice and provided thoughtful service. He knew that the children liked to watch monkeys and prepared peanuts for us. Parking was also convenient and the environment was very good.

Can I give ten thousand thumbs up? The pretty girl at the front desk and a sister introduced the tour route and plan in detail. The boss also picked me up in person. The service attitude was super good and the people were also super nice. For someone like me who likes to travel alone, it was so kind, thoughtful and friendly. I will definitely come again when I visit Zhangjiajie in the future!
