Even around midnight, we were incredibly welcomed by the owner of this family-owned hotel. He helped us a lot to book the trip in Grand Canyon, in Tianmen Mountain and in Wulingyuan National Park and gave us a lot of good advices for our visits.

Friendly service with airport/train pickup included. Family owned establishment, with convenient location to the Tianmenshan attraction as well as a shuttle nearby to Zhangjiejie Forest Park. Clean rooms, and standard breakfast served. Detailed explanation and guides for the parks and best routes. Good value and pleasant stay! You can also try on some traditional clothing, and there is a deck with views.

Very nice and helpful stuff! The lady told us everything about Tianmen Mountain Park. The room was big enough, with bathtub and fantastic view to Tianmen Mountain.

My stay at this hotel was more than just comfortable—it was genuinely memorable thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the owners and staff. While the facilities were decent and met all expectations, it was the attitude and care from everyone at the hotel that truly made the difference.
From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure I had a stress-free and enjoyable experience. They provided a well-planned itinerary for each day, helped me secure tickets for attractions, and were always available with advice or assistance. What impressed me most was on the evening of my checkout—they personally delivered my luggage to the railway station so I could fully enjoy my last day in Zhangjiajie without worrying about a thing.
It’s rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie—it's not just a place to stay, it’s a place that makes your trip smoother and more enjoyable from start to finish.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Rooftop Hotel with Breathtaking Views!
Staying at this rooftop hotel was an unforgettable experience!
The stunning views of Tianman Mountain from my room were absolutely mesmerizing—waking up to such beauty in morning was a dream. Plus, watching planes take off and land at the nearby airport added a unique charm.
The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to maximize the panoramic scenery. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing at sunset, the vista never disappointed. The mattress was absolutely a bit hard for my liking, but overall, 99% loved the room.
The combination of mountain serenity and airport energy made this stay truly special.
I love the street food, and everything was written within walking distance. And unforgettable experience Wish I had more time to stay but I have to return to Canada, Unfortunatel.y😊
Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hotel with unbeatable views and a memorable experience!

Very nice and friendly hosts! They will carefully plan the itinerary for you and really always available to help! Area is near to Tianmen Shan and if you follow the route recommended by the hosts, will save you alot of time and money. Wil definitely stay here again if have chance and will recommend to others who are looking to stay at ZhangJiaJie!
