The hotel staff is not helpful. We arrived at check in time and had to still wait a good 20 mins for the room to be ready. Breakfast was the same everyday and food wasn't very edible. We wanted to get more water at 11pm but the hotel refused to provide it. We offered to pay but they directed us to a vending machine thing which foreigners will not be able to purchase from without a local number. That was super unhelpful. It was one of the most disappointing stay during my 2 weeks trip there. Stayed there for 5 nights and should have moved hotels.

The hotel is a 10mins car ride to cable car station where we took the cable car to 天门山.
We could see 天门山 from our room. The room is spacious and clean.
The aircon was off in the breakfast dining room. Rather warm to enjoy our breakfast. The dining experience could have been better if the room temperature was kept at a comfortable level.

Superb value for money. Very clean super modern room with big walk in shower, very powerful and quiet Aircon, very big walk-in shower. Very kind and helpful reception staff. 6-7 CNY didi to the airport and the mountain. Location sharp in front of the mountain so you can see colorful lights around “Heaven gate” from the lobby, and probably from your room if you get lucky

Beautiful and clean Hotel with a view over the Tianmen Mountain, staff was so kind to give us a late checkout at 6pm without any extra cost. Rooms are spacious and worth their price.

The hotel has a pick-up service. It is 20 minutes away from Zhangjiajie West High-speed Railway Station by car. It is 5-7 minutes away from the airport. Very satisfied. The hotel contacted us one day in advance to arrange airport pick-up and upgraded the room. Each room has two large beds, which is very friendly to two large and two small families. We stayed for two nights and were given a fruit plate every day. The breakfast was standard, and I liked the freshly cooked noodles. You can see Tianmen Mountain from the window.
