Jiezhi · Xiangxi Love Hotel (Tianmen Mountain Yangyun)

The bathroom was dirty and the walls were so thin I could hear the next room. Breakfast so disappointed.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jiezhi Hotel. Xia Hua, the manager, was the most amazing and helpful host. She arranged pick up and drop off for free in a very nice car and helped us with our luggage. She had a lot of knowledge of the Zhangjiajie area and was very updated on what to do and how to do everything. She helped us throughout the whole proces through WeChat and in person and arranged three wonderful private trips for us to Tianmen Mountain, Wulingyuan and 72 Strange Buildings at a low cost compared to the tours we saw elseware. Furthermore, the room was very clean and everything was free and provided for, including extra bottles of water in the hot weather. The hotel also offered free transfer to the Tianmen Mountain cableway. We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend to others visiting Zhangjiajie.

We travel at least 6x/yr as a family and this is my first time impressed enough to write a review for a hotel. I travelled to zhangjiajie with my 2 children (5/7yo)and my 70yo mum this trip, without my husband and without a guide. Everyone advised me to get a guide but I was confident without because DanDan from this hotel reached out to me way before we arrived to make sure our pickup from zhangjiajie station and all our ticket bookings were well in place before we arrived. There was complimentary transfer to tianmen Mountain too, and clear instructions how to travel once in the 景区。we encountered no problems at all. The hotel was clean, our family room had 2 bathrooms which was very useful for 4 of us. There was always free topup of trusted nongfu brand mineral water available and the room was clean and spotless. It was really like coming home to a home. 亲切无比。the laundry facilities were good - never a queue and never had to wait for my turn to use the washer dryer. There was even separate dryer machines to use for wet raincoats and shoes (we were there during the rainy season). Everything was wonderful and convenient. The lovely DanDan and her 2 colleagues were amazingly friendly. We only stayed here for 2 nights before moving to another hotel in wulingyuan for another 2 nights for zhangjiajie national forest. Even though our visit to zhangjiajie national forest is after this hotel's stay, DanDan still wrote me a very detailed travel route to follow, especially important after multiple route closures with park reopening on June 23. Everything worked well and we never got lost. That's how we did it without a guide - this hotel and the lovely ladies (DanDan and her colleagues) are the guides! She still kept in touch with me after we moved to the wulingyuan hotel and helped me with anything possible. Ticket bookings were made so easy with Dandan's help (it can be confusing even on trip's booking platform). Our room's power tripped on the first night after an electrical socket problem. The children were all tired and instead of asking us to move to another room (so glad we didn't have to move!), the hotel called the electrician back and had everything fixed within 30 mins. At no charge at all despite us asking if we could pay. Amazing genuine people at this hotel and really highly recommended. You'll find a home within a hotel here.

Listen up traveler! If you haven't made your Zhangjiajie plans yet don't you worry. The powerhouse receptionists Dandan and Fangfang will organize everything for you so you can make the most out of your stay. Once you return to the hotel they will sit down and chat over a cup of tea. Very very recommended

dan dan, our advisor/ receptionist during our stay was extremely hospitable. she picked us up and dropped us at the airport. apart from that, they have wechat which allows the staff to connect with you quickly if you have any issues or enquiry during your stay. she mapped out our zhang jia jie trip since we only planned to do a day just so it’s worth it for us and for us a really good price as compared to other platforms. since we checked out early, we left our luggage at the receptionist and came back from ZJJ to take a quick shower - she was really nice to offer that. on top of that, they have laundry room w washing machine and a dryer too! (and free laundry detergent) the breakfast was average though. other than that, it’s all good! would 10/10 come back again

Xiahua contacted me days prior to arrange the airport transfer. She was able to assist on time and we were picked up at Hehua Airport. Hotel is 8min drive from airport. When we arrive, we were helped with our luggage and checked in early at our room. Room is spacious. Staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet is okay, and can be improved. Gym is bare minimum, maybe because some of the floors are still under renovation. Special note to Shanshan for making us berry tea while waiting for our airport drop off. Really helpful. Overall, appreciate this humble abode during our stay in Zhangjiajie.
