It was an amazing experience staying here. Walking distance to Tian Men Shan cable car. The staff is very friendly and help me to book the entrance tickets for Tian Men Shan and Forest Park. Not only that, she offered me with plan which route would be the best way to visit the Tian Men Shan and Forest Park. Downstairs have a lot of local foods to try. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing time here. The place itself was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed, but what really made it special was the host. She was so kind and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
Her recommendations were spot-on, she knew all the best stuff. She even helped me figure out my Tianmen Mountain trip, sorting out transportation and making it super easy. Her thoughtfulness and warmth really stood out.
The place was quiet, comfy, and in a great location, perfect for exploring.
I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Inn is in good location with cable car station and local bus stop to visiting sites within walking distance.
Many local eateries and convenience shops within few minutes walking. There is also a good massage center in next lane. But, don’t expect any shopping mall here. It’s more like a small resort place.
Overall, value for money but during winter season room can be damn cold albeit electric heat up mat and water heater are provided.

We like the place because it's near to the Tianmen cable car station and many restaurants. Particularly we are thankful to the lady hotel owner for giving us good advice how to travel to Tianmenshan, buy entrance tickets to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Mr Xiao also offered great tips how to make good use of our 4-day Zhangjiajie National Forest Park entrance tickets. Great inn accommodation highly recommended if you visit Tianmenshan.

The location is very central and is in the nicer part of the city, which breaks the monotony of other Chinese cities.
There are very cheap restaurants nearby along with a convenience store.
The staff are very helpful and eager to help with anything, this was the best part of my stay, they will help plan your trip, book tickets and recommend places, along with being able to answer all questions about transportation.
They washed my clothes for free. It's was a very good hotel for the price I paid.
However, I must note they do not provide you with a lot of toilet paper, and my room being on the fifth floor, meant it was inconvenient to go at the front desk to take some everytime I ran out, the toilet rolls are very small, so even after taking some I still ran out and had to use the tissues.
Also the bathroom is a typical Toilet with Shower like most Chinese hostels/hotels, what could help the situation immensely is investing in a shower scraper, as the water will pool on the floor making it uncomfortable to walk without splashing water everywhere.

The location was very central to everything you needed the cable cars and bus station to Zhangjiajie mountain was both less than a 5 minute walk, the room was clean and amenities was great. The staff were really nice and helped us plan Tianmenshan mountain as well as help us wash and dry our laundry. Great service.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The room was very clean although a little small. The people at the hotel is very very nice and helpful, they helped me buy the tickets to the parks and attractions. I’d certainly recommend it.
