The host is very nice, contact us in advance for pick up service and also provide us the drop off service at the train station of Zhangjiejia West. The room is very nice, all amenities that you need is there. Also, offer some snack and cute gift set when checking in. The room is spacious and clean. The host also help to buy Tianmenshan Ticket for us and advice any information you need. The convenience store is next door and several restaurant just across the road. Tianmenshan Cable Station is only 5 mins walk. I had a brilliant time staying here and would recommend this hotel for others who would like to stay nearby Tianmenshan Cable Way.

Place is good and close to cableway to tianmenshan. However no noise isolation at all. Couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Receptionists very kind and helpful. Welcome gifts, free luggage storage and free laundry service. Highly recommend!

Great location from the Tianmen cableway, where the ticket office is located, only walking distance away. Can see the cableway from the room. And lots of food choices around the area. It was slightly difficult to look for the hotel initially when the Didi driver dropped us in front of the building, as the hotel billboard wasn't at eye level. The reception and rooms are located on the 13th floor of the building. Just give them a call and they can guide you through. They were very prompt with replying through WeChat. Both male and female receptionists were very friendly and made us feel at home instantly, they also helped with explaining the route to Tianmen mountain. If you want good food recommendations, the male receptionist is the man to ask, he's the foodie! We had the best food recommendations for breakfast and dinner whilst in Zhangjiajie, after being bored of the similar choices of food in Wulingyuan. The room was clean and comfy, we had the best night sleep with the comfy bed and pillows. Writing this makes me think of the food we had and felt that we should've spent longer time in Zhangjiajie. Highly recommend this place, 5 stars is not enough to rate this place! They are so humble and lovely, I sincerely wish them all the best! :)

Cute, clean and homely boutique hotel. Staff is friendly and very helpful (helped with tickets to Tianmen Mountain and explained the route and what we need to do. Also with food delivery service and travelling to nearby towns). There is also complementary airport pick up/drop off service which is very thoughtful especially travelling with kids. Right by the cable car station (Line A and B) this stop is also for Line C bus. Construction stops around 9pm-ish so is fine in terms of noise. Lots of food options around too.

Hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the cablecar station what makes it very convenient if you want to be there early in the morning. The hotel room was very clean and we got a tiny snack basket.
