Great location next to the cable way. Breakfast was plentiful and very high-quality on the eighth floor, there was a small gym as well as three washer and dryer machines. Staff were very kind and respectful. The room was massive and you can tell everything was very clean. Great value for the price

My stay at Atour Hotel was fantastic! Perfectly located right beside the 天门山 cable car, it made exploring the area a breeze. The hotel is also surrounded by amazing food options, with delicious local restaurants just steps away. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, modern, and cozy, making it an ideal base for our trip. Highly recommend Atour Hotel for its prime location and excellent hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at ATOUR Hotel. The location is perfect -just a short walk to the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful especially Messa at the front desk who went above and beyond by giving us water for our trip. The hotel offers plenty of complimentary treats, including drinks in the room, a free supper and discount for delicious breakfast buffet with lots of choices. The laundry service was thoughtful too- the staff kindly offered to fold our clean clothes for pickup and asked us to rest early. ATOUR truly takes great care of their guests. Highly recommended!

I went from the station to the wrong Atour hotel (there are two). However, the receptionist was super helpful - she ordered a DiDi for me to the correct hotel. She also helped me with the fact that the DiDi driver from the railway station tried to overcharge me. I don’t know her name, but I am very grateful to her! The staff at the correct Atour hotel were also very helpful - thank you.

Great location and staff. Laundry room came with amazing scent and kept our clothes smelling clean and fresh. Will recommend to our friends and families!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and chose it for the fantastic location close to the cable car for the Tianmen mountain national park (only a 5-8min walk away). The amenities were fantastic and the room larger than what we expected. The hotel offers a hotel breakfast for a fee which we opted for and Im glad we did! It was a great way to experience local breakfast for foreigners like ourselves. The staff did not speak much english but we were able to communicate very well via wechat translate & message. Our room was also a bit warm due to the central heating, but reception was very accommodating and got a fan for our room which helped a lot. The hotel had also let us know there was construction which was fine but they even provided us with earplugs which we thought was very considerate. Overall, it was a fantastic stay at Zhangjiajie - would definitely recommend!
