Too bad! It's also false advertising, there's a gym in the photo but there isn't one in reality! The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, the air conditioner was very noisy, and the breakfast had few varieties and tasted bad.

This stay at the Vienna Hotel was not an ideal experience. Although the room facilities are acceptable, there are obvious shortcomings in terms of service. Considering that the children need a quiet environment for their nap, I specifically asked the front desk to arrange a room on a high floor. However, the front desk initially insisted that hourly rooms were limited to floors 5-6, even though I had booked a deluxe room, which theoretically should have allowed me to be assigned to a higher floor (5-10). Faced with such explanations and attitudes, people feel puzzled and disappointed. Finally, after negotiations, my request was met. The whole process cast a shadow on this accommodation experience. It is strongly recommended that the hotel improve its staff's service awareness and problem-solving skills.

The room faces west and is hot and stuffy. The front desk said that the air conditioner is not allowed to be turned on in winter. The surrounding rural environment is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Don't book this hotel, or you will regret it.
