Service: Enthusiastic service, friendly attitude, quick response, and an extra breakfast for parent-child outings, which is very much appreciated. Some fruits and snacks were delivered in the afternoon of the day of check-in, and three sweet soups were placed in the room when I came back in the evening. Thumbs up👍 Hygiene: It looks clean and tidy Facilities: The gym is not open, the swimming pool is not open, and the children's playground is not open. The mini bar is still empty without so many facilities. The facilities can only be given 3 stars at present. I hope that the management can give some compensation to the guests when the facilities are not open, instead of letting the guests pay for it. Complaint: No one took the initiative to contact and confirm the check-in until the front desk checked in. There are some dissatisfaction here, but it was compensated by the service after check-in. Overall satisfaction, I will consider staying again when your facilities are complete. Finally, thank Xiao Huang for his enthusiastic service at the front desk.

It was a very good travel experience. The hotel's hygiene and environment were super good, and the service was very thoughtful. There was also regular food feeding in the room every day! Special thanks to the lobby assistant manager Chen Yaqiu for her thoughtful service and for arranging a one-day tour of the Tulou for us! The hotel has five-star facilities and five-star services, and is excellent in all aspects. I will come back to play again when I have a hot spring bath. The environment is quiet and there is a large park in front. Very good 👍 The toiletries are also good, they are of their own brand. Stay two nights and the children can play in the bathtub every night.
