The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is large enough, and the service attitude of the front desk lady is very good. She took the initiative to upgrade the room. What I didn't expect was that the boss lady sent a midnight snack to each room at night, which was a local snack, glutinous rice cake, which was very heartwarming.

The room is very clean, very close to the ancient city, 7 minutes walk, there are many places to eat nearby, and the service is warm! The room is clean and tidy, the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas, and it is quite large. I am very satisfied with all aspects, especially the air conditioning in the corridors. A very cost-effective hotel choice in Zhangzhou. The hotel is relatively large, with a garden and a restaurant. The atmosphere is good when entering from the main door. The south-facing room is also good for the night view. The most basic Lingbo Tower was chosen, and the experience was still good. The service attitude from the front desk to each floor was very good, and there were also thoughtful travel recommendations and introduction albums of Zhangzhou in the room. The breakfast buffet was good overall. Although the variety of dishes was not so rich, it was worth the price. The facilities were complete, and the only downside was that the central air-conditioning was too cold, and the temperature adjustment was not obvious, so the elderly might not be very comfortable. It is recommended that toiletries be packed in bottles of different colors, which is convenient for guests and avoids negligence. There were two bottles of shower gel in the room, but no shampoo, which was negligence. The overall flaws did not cover the merits.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning. This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away. . Great front desk staff and toiletries.

On the afternoon return, the front desk lady contacted me to tell me about the clothes, and then helped send them back with her colleagues. When the clothes arrived, I felt that there were hard materials inside. When I opened it, I found that I also couried a wooden hanger together. I can imagine that after the dress was found lost, even the lady and her colleagues treated me very warmly, and the very ordinary pajamas, the courier brother who picked up the piece, was not afraid of trouble, packed it for me. Through this matter, I felt the beauty of the customs of Zhangzhou , that is, the parking lot around the extremely lively old street is only 5 yuan for three hours.
