優點：1.酒店新，設施新，檔次高，入住沒什麼異味； 2.這個價位這個住宿條件，性價比還是很高的； 3.有帶小朋友，入住送了個小玩偶； 4.有冰箱自帶飲料，咖啡，茶葉，還有4支礦泉水都免費提供，洗髮水、潤髮乳、沐浴露都是全新包裝的。 不足：1.下午2點50到店辦理入住，前台衹給出一間房，另外一間解釋説衞生搞不出來，預計還要1個小時。因為我是提前1周在攜程全款下單預訂2間房，酒店就應該就已付款房間提前清掃並進行保留，而不是客人到了後解釋衞生搞不過來，讓客人等房間。 2.辦理入住時間過長，2間房手續差不多花了快20分鐘，辦理過程中，我還在櫃枱等，來了個客人扔了張房卡進去，前台就給他辦退房拿停車卡什麼的，完全不顧服務順序，太不專業。 3.進房間沒有看到入住歡迎水果，和同層工作人員説了，對方説馬上安排，幾個小時回來還是沒有，最後是打前台電話，才安排送了水果。這個不應該是確認入住，就同步通知送水果嗎，還要聯繫2次才有。 4.衞生間垃圾桶沒有套袋也沒有蓋子，在一個密閉空間，時間長了垃圾桶裏異味沖出來真的很失分~ 5.酒店新裝修的，窗户在側面，衹能開小縫隙，夜間睡覺會有明顯的裝修異味，甲醛、膠水的酸臭味比較重 6.當日室温24.5攝氏度，因為房間不通風，室內悶熱，結果開冷氣衹出常温風，熱出一身汗，但是暖氣又是正常的~ 7.攜程訂房帶自助早餐是加69元/人，由於當時不確定行程安排，沒有選擇早餐，後到店諮詢前台説是要補128元/人，我説攜程訂是69元/人，前台又改口説前台現場訂是80多，我説能按攜程價格給嗎，前台來了句現場訂80多，要不你也可以自己出去體驗下漳州的早餐~當時那個語氣是有點嗆人的，讓人聽起來就很不舒服。 PS：看到很多攜程網友評價，有説收到早餐券，帶小朋友的還升級了房型，遺憾一個都沒趕上~ 總體來説，硬件條件挺好，軟件服務還是要跟上，裝修異味還是要想辦法驅除一下~

We chose a room with a private hot spring. The hot spring pool on the balcony faces the cobblestone street. At night, while soaking in the hot spring and watching the lanterns light up, it felt like we had fallen into an old movie. The housekeeper contacted us one day in advance and helped us carry our luggage when we arrived at the store. He was very considerate. Must praise the geographical location! Going downstairs is the main street of the ancient city, and snacks such as carrot cake and four-fruit soup are just a few steps away. While strolling around, I happened to come across a glove puppet show. The master puppeteer was controlling the puppets to fight with his fingers flying, and it was very vivid and lifelike. It was a kind of easter egg on the journey. The only drawback is that the old wooden building has average sound insulation. In the early morning, you can hear the jingle of bicycles passing by, but it does add to the fun of the city.
