Very nice hotel , near from mall , kids enjoy , our always best choice in Zhanjiang city we love also the breakfast , rooms are very clean.

Nice & polite staff, comfortable bed and perfect location. Was 7 days in this hotel and really enjoying my stay and food here. You will not regret to stay in this hotel!

I traveled with three friends and three families, and they were all very satisfied with their stay. There is a large shopping mall downstairs with everything to eat, drink, and have fun. The surrounding area is not far from various attractions! The hotel service staff are very enthusiastic. Special praise to the staff at the door. They were outside directing parking and helping with luggage when the sun was shining brightly.

1. The waiter at the front desk, ah, that’s not right. It should be the boss at the front desk. If it weren't for the ceiling, his face would probably go up to the sky. Ask a question or two, with a look of disdain and disgust. 2. Entering the room, a sour, musty smell hit your face. I can't even believe it's a hotel at this price. Later, I asked my aunt to come and smell it myself, and asked her if she could accept it. 3. For the food delivery robot, please change the towel inside! 4. If the settings in the room are old, please maintain them! 5. Please change the room card, the skin will fall off! 6. I really didn’t expect the deposit. I haven’t tried it in a long time.

The front desk told me to upgrade the room and found that I didn't give the worst room type. Call the front desk and ask for a new room. The front desk directly upgraded me to a suite. It's sincere. If you can fix it for me at first, it won't cost so much in the morning. We got up late for breakfast and arrived at the restaurant almost ten o'clock. The hurried waiter stopped us and questioned whether it was a hotel guest. Not to mention that we wanted two cups of coffee. I laughed and the attitude is very tough. How can there be any service? The overall service is very chaotic

In the hotel opened by Ctrip that night, my friend opened the hotel at the front desk and offered a discount of more than 80 yuan. At that time, I wanted to check out the room. The front desk said that there was no way to check out. The hotel management price was inconsistent.

這次湛江之旅選擇了華都滙麗呈酒店，真的是一次非常滿意的體驗！ 原本預訂的是普通房型，沒想到辦理入住時前台小姐姐主動幫我免費升級到了湖景房！推開窗戶就能看到美麗的湖景，視野開闊，心情也跟著舒暢起來。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格現代簡約，設施齊全，床品舒適，一夜好眠。 酒店的早餐種類非常豐富，中式西式都有，味道都很不錯。餐廳環境也很舒適，服務人員熱情周到。 酒店提供免費停車位，對於自駕遊的朋友來說非常方便。酒店地理位置優越，周邊吃喝玩樂都很齊全，出行也很方便。 總的來說，這次入住體驗非常棒！免費升級房型、豐富的早餐、免費停車、貼心的服務，都讓我感到物超所值。下次來湛江，我還會選擇華都滙麗呈酒店！

衞生間馬桶隔間很小，起身都沒有空間。大堂沒有行李員，家庭出遊行李很多，最後還是門口保安抽空幫忙將行李搬到房間。自助早餐服務員態度差，帶着對非大灣區客户的歧視。不知道攜程評定五鑽的酒店為何軟硬件服務那麼差，完全達不到五星標準，最後在酒店客房發現宣傳頁，顯示該酒店是四星級標準的商務度假酒店，根本不是五星！第二天退房時向前台投訴遇到的種種不滿，並詢問為何四星級標準酒店在攜程平台會標五鑽，經理告知是老闆溝通，且態度不好的自助早餐服務員可能心情不好，這算什麼理由？員工心情如何怎能影響客户體驗？衹能説是酒店管理存在問題。最後臨走時經理送上兩瓶洗浴用品作為道歉誠意。結果到家拆開後發現兩瓶全部已過保質期！這就是道歉的誠意？當客户好糊弄的？還是經理也是從心底歧視不説粵語的客户，覺得我們衹配收過期產品？再也不會去麗呈！

環境 硬件服務都特別好 每個工作人員見到都會問好 早餐也不錯 米線混沌各種蔬菜水果 蛋撻 牛角包 最愛吃 燙米線河粉的大叔脾氣不好 燙什麼一定要麻利簡潔的讓大叔一遍聽懂 不然嚷嚷你：） 米線好吃 還配一勺香噴噴的燉牛腩 房間沒有冰箱 但是有放冰箱的櫃子和風扇散熱口不知道為啥 帶的中葯衹能讓機器人上來取幫冷藏 酒店在街邊 但還是相對安靜的 旅遊首選 推薦。

首先位置非常完美，和商場無縫銜接，十一點娃睡了竟然可以一分鐘內穿到萬達影城看了場唐探。前台看我們倆娃，給我們免費升級了套房，巨大無比。早餐由原本的兩份升級成了四份。

第一次入住華都滙麗呈酒店，酒店體驗很好。住的很舒適。房間房型正氣，酒店員工很禮貌親切。有點事情需要late checkout，酒店也想辦法幫助。下次還會再來。

前台小哥十分貼心的給升級了套房，十分感謝！ 如果提供浴缸套就更好了！ 旁邊就是綜合商場，非常方便！ 推薦！

房間還是比較新的，畢竟開業才三年的酒店，房間配備天貓精靈，可以智能控制房間的部分設施，這點挺好，感覺回到家裡一樣；衞生挺好，打掃的很自細；旁邊就是一個大商場，用餐，購物都很方便；服務也很棒的，每個人都洋溢着熱情的笑容
