CCaiseqinyongI came from Xi'an to visit, mainly to see the Yellow River. The hotel was booked here. Overall, it was good, with a large area, good environment, friendly waiters, and considerate of the guests. I would like to praise Xiao Jing, the waiter on our floor, for being responsive. The fruit sent by the hotel was of good quality and delicious. Before leaving, they also sent Dragon Boat Festival sachets. There were also foot bathing facilities in the room. After walking for a day, it was very comfortable to soak. I tried to have breakfast as early as possible. If I was late, many things were gone, and the supplementary meals were not timely. In addition, there was no juice for breakfast, and the equipment was empty.
It is convenient to get on and off the highway here, there is no traffic jam, and it is very suitable for a stopover during a long journey

During my stay, I had the pleasure of staying in a Superior Queen room that was neat and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was also top-notch, with delicious food options to choose from.
However, what truly sets the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou apart is the staff. Despite the language barrier, every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. In particular, Tina stood out for her exceptional service and attention to detail. She helped me navigate the city and provided me with insider tips that only a local would know. Her genuine kindness and warm personality made me feel like I was staying with a friend rather than a hotel.
With my experience traveling to over 28 countries, I can confidently say that the Holiday Inn in Zhengzhou is a standout choice for any traveler looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. If you're planning a trip to Zhengzhou, this hotel should be at the top of your list.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay. The food is well prepared and delicious. The hotel is beautifully decorated and our boys were amazed at all the Kung Fu weapons on display. The staff were polite and helped us purchase tickets to the Kung Fu show and very friendly to our children. My only complaint is the black coffee was too weak and watered down. But given Chinese are not really coffee drinkers, this was a small problem and easy to forgive with all the other special things about this hotel. I would most certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Hygiene: The bathroom is clean and there are floor mats for showering. The sink is also very neat.

GGuest UserStayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

Despite having been open for some time, the hotel is kept spotlessly clean, and the rooms even come with a mini-fridge. The absolute highlight, however, is the hotel's breakfast, served in the 28th-floor revolving restaurant. The breakfast spread is incredibly extensive, and you can enjoy panoramic views while dining.

MM22834****Sharing an apartment building with MGM and other hotels is simple and easy to pay for one night, but you can still get pick-up and drop-off at East Station. The service is great, but there are still some areas that need improvement. For example: 1. Towels only have bath towels, which is not convenient for wiping your face and hands. 2. I understand the label equipped with a kitchen. It must be a simple small kitchen that does not actually have any heating or cooking equipment. It only has a small exhaust fan and a sink. All kitchen cabinets are closed. 3 The sound insulation is poor. The door next door slams shut. It’s past twelve o’clock upstairs and it’s the same as moving. There is a stool and table, but this kind of apartment-style living is relatively complicated, which is understandable. 4 I don’t know what the material of the bed is. It is very stuffy. I am cold and afraid of the cold. I always turn over and over, always wanting to get some air. 5 The service of the front desk girl needs to be improved. Exaggerated It feels bad to chew gum and have a conversation. I forgot my little thing and took the initiative to call. Thank you very much because I need to transfer to another city. It said collect payment and no one at home accepted the payment. But the front desk said it can only pay on a downwind basis. I can understand that it is always because I missed something. Highly recommended if you're going to travel to Zhengzhou and looking for a place to stay. Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌
What I didn't expect?
1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees
2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free
3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm)
4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China)
5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations
6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit )
7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more....
I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today.
I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌
