此次入住中間有些小插曲，剛到店時首間客房因清潔收尾問題留有少量雜物，聯繫工作人員後很快為我協調了新房間。美中不足的是新房間內有少許毛髮殘留，不過後續接觸中，服務人員的響應速度和態度都很積極，考慮到整體住宿環境和服務誠意，仍願意推薦給有需求的朋友，也期待店家能在清潔細節上進一步優化，

整體入住感覺服務真的太差了
剛進門的時候看着都挺新的，心裏覺得應該會不錯的體驗.我選的房型是帶浴缸的.**標着小月奇遇浴缸房149元2天1晚.當我下訂單後需要補差價30元.給人感覺掛羊頭賣豬肉的欺騙消費者.加上差價一百七十多了.跟攜程價格差了也就幾塊.我問前台**的事情也是不吭氣.我直接從攜程下訂單了.下完訂單按金100.沒有房卡.就是讓手機綁定小程序到門口連接藍牙開門.這個是很不方便的.房間的用電是靠開門感應取決是否通電.房間沒有電話.前台讓加微信去溝通需求.進房子設施都很新.可不理解的是房間配了一套茶具.2瓶礦泉水.沒有茶葉包.在去的路上可能走的太累. 下車走了3個紅綠燈🚥.到房間2瓶水就喝完了.喝完收拾出門逛街的時候正好客房大姐在.我便順口説了一下.你好大姐：我房間2瓶水喝完了能再給我放2瓶嗎？大姐很熱情的説沒事下去跟前台説一聲讓她給你.當我出門逛街回來的時候我去給前台説房間水沒有了.再給我拿2瓶.前台來句房間2瓶是免費的.再需要的話需要付費.我當時直接就走了.我很無語.我覺得我住酒店都比她這個前台做的長.2瓶水還要收費.我住過的酒店都沒聽説過房間免費的水再要2瓶得付費.最後我也是想證實一下2瓶水後來9點多我給前台發訊息最後也送過來了.作為一個消費者我在疑問你房價問題的時候你選擇摸不吭氣.我在入住期間也是敷衍了事.馬馬虎虎.現在最不缺的就是酒店.這樣的服務不會再去了.同樣是酒店的經濟漢庭為什麼水就可以免費.就能去很認真的去回答客人的問題.服務是針對客人的需求去服務而不是盲目自我認為的服務.

榻榻米床墊很容易滑動，結果就漏出來了用過的成人用品包裝，衞生狀況堪憂。房間味道挺大的，不知道是別人吃過飯的飯味兒還是啥，散味很慢，走廊都是難聞的味道。床墊太軟對腰很不友好，枕頭高的沒法子枕，睡完一覺脖子疼。房間隔音很差，早上外面施工聲音大，吵的厲害。最討厭的是房間乾的要命，第二天醒來嗓子疼頭疼，想燒水還不配水杯，礦泉水就兩瓶多拿需要收費，總之問題很多需要改進。

超級滿意呀，而且那個浴缸超級超級舒服而且主要是真的好乾凈的，這個房間特別棒，位置的話就是在健康路這邊，但是也不用擔心晚上會特別吵自我，覺得隔音還是很棒的，然後晚上就有很多的夜市還可以去逛逛
