The manager and the staff were very helpful! They greeted customers warmly and sincerely.

After staying for 3 nights, there was no hot water supply in the shower room every morning. After turning on the water pipe for 10 minutes, there was still freezing water. I already had a fever yesterday! Bad, bad, bad! The guy who works at the front desk in the evening has a very good service attitude, but the girl who works in the morning is really bad. She told him that there is no hot water in the shower room in the room, and he also said that there is a very bad attitude.

The hotel has an excellent location and free parking space. There is also an open air bar opposite the hotel. It is highly recommended for friends who come to Sanxiang to stay here. The big-bed bathtub room is very large and feels very comfortable. It is also equipped with a huge Redmi TV. You can log in to your members to watch any program. The hotel is spacious and bright, and the service is very attentive. It is the most satisfying hotel in Sanxiang. 首次入住這個酒店，感覺非常好，前台真的非常的熱情，辦理入住非常快，還有茶水和零食可以吃，我們帶着小孩，前台很貼心，給我們安排了三樓比較安靜的房間，阿姨也很好，我們向阿姨拿了幾瓶水，她都給我們也不收費，房間的衞生非常乾淨，還有一股淡淡的香氣，空間非常的大小孩在房間內打鬧非常自在，樓下有個小童設施，我們在樓下吃了燒烤和湖南菜，就去那邊玩了一會，玩累了，到房間休息，床非常的舒服，我們上廁所和洗澡都不用爭，分開的，非常舒服，晚上樓下的餐廳會有些小音樂，但也不影響到我們這次體驗，非常滿意，下次還會過來！

我們两个大人，一个孩子，订的小房，前台告知可以优惠加點钱升級大房，实在是太满意了，环境特别好，管家小姐姐也很热情，晚饭在楼下餐吧吃湘菜有小龙虾，酒店性价比超高，酒店有免費停車位，儿童设置，房間很干净，整体服务真棒，下次还来的。

在網上看評價較高就選擇了這家酒店，地段不錯，周邊很繁華酒店環境很好，房間還比較乾淨，吹風筒好好用。前台2位小姐姐非常好態度幫忙拿行李，電視機不會開阿姨很熟練一下子就搞好了，必須點贊，酒店也提供周邊遊的資料，這樣我們也不會不知道有什麼吃喝玩，很滿意的一次入住，下次來旅遊還是會繼續光顧。

每次朋友過來三鄉，我都會預訂的酒店之一，每次辦理入住時前台挺貼心的，倒上熱茶端給我們喝，服務真的挺好的，也挺熱情的； 大廳每次去都很乾凈衞生整潔，前台空氣中瀰漫著香香的味道，感覺很舒服，前台會介紹酒店的3樓有自助洗衣房，可以免費洗衣和提供洗衣液。這個必須點贊，非常貼心； 清潔大姐非常熱情給我們帶到房間門口，真夠貼心。 房間內的衞浴是幹濕分離的，看着很乾凈，衞生間沒有異味，對於我經常上廁所的來説，體驗非常好。房間東西擺放整齊，可以看出管理的很到位，這個不得不説，酒店還是很用心的做好每一個細節；整體服務非常到位，衞生乾淨，性價比高， 停車場還非常多車位，免費停車，還有充電樁，出行是很方便，值得推薦。

朋友推荐的三郷一家特色酒店，我們预定了2间房，有浴缸房，带浴球，非常好用。入住办理非常快，前台非常溫柔，店长好细心，給小朋友喷蚊香水，知道我們要出去玩，服务真的太好了，大堂非常干净卫生，还有茶點免費提供。酒店3楼还有自助洗衣房，免费洗衣和提供儿童洗衣液。必须点赞。清洁阿姨非常热情和我們打招呼，还帮忙拿行李到房間，真够贴心。房间的卫浴干濕分離，非常干净，很喜歡很方便，這裡叫車出行也很方便，值得推荐。下次还來。

一如既往的好，每次過來出差都會住這家，樓下搞個小龍蝦也挺方便，還有個音樂清吧！設施齊全，衞生特別好，房間也比較大，乾濕分離的衞生間，前台洋娃娃小玲很熱情❤️🔥。

在三鄉地理位置算唔錯，前台服務員有禮貌，入住登記也爽手，不需要人客久等。房間設施設備齊，唯獨留下酒吧比較嘈雜。
