Excellent stay and fantastic location for doing business in Guzhen. Conveniently attached to a shopping mall and cafe downstairs, also with many great restaurant options nearby.
The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is so comfortable. The design aesthetic of the room is calm and peaceful (just what you need to come home to). There’s also a laundry room complete with ironing board and steamer.. we stayed in the panoramic room which was pretty amazing as you’re in one of the tallest buildings in this area.
The breakfast was done well and had many options.
I would highly recommend staying here.

The homestay in the village is well decorated and the environment is super ok. The boss is super good and handsome hahahaha. That night, a few of us sat on tatami and chatted, and the boss gave red bean paste 555, which was great.
Facilities: The facilities are very complete, there is a small yard in front, and there is also a small balcony upstairs where you can sit and drink tea.
Hygienic: The room is very clean and the small yard is well maintained.
Environment: Ah! The environment is great! Small capital atmosphere, very suitable for relaxation
Service: The boss brother and the young lady are super nice! Also invite us to have tea and chat, the bag is also super enthusiastic! ! Love the dog very much!

There are a few Atour hotels in Zhongshan. We meant to book the one close to Xingzhong plaza - the one in Fuhua Road but mistakenly booked this one because of the ”Xingzhong Plaza” in the name. Hotel is located further from shopping malls and restaurants.
Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is separate from shower so more efficient as 1 guest can use the toilet while the other can shower. Staff is polite and helpful, esp the staff on night duties. Hotel offers free porridge supper from 9.30pm to 11pm - good for those who had early dinner and are hungry by 10pm. Laundry room needs more washing machines and dryers - currently only 3 machines and dryers for entire hotels. So, may have to Q to do laundry late into the night.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the concierge was warmly received and the front desk service Ken liang was thoughtful and subtle. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, quiet and undisturbed. All the facilities, all the details, all the little drinks. The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and responsive. Whether it is for business or leisure travel, it is highly recommended!

It was delicious in the morning and there were several packages to choose from. There is also coffee in the lobby. I asked the front desk and the front desk also gave me a cup of coffee as a gift. The service is really good and I must give it a 5-point rating.

GGuruflyerThe location of the property is good although I was quite surprised to see a Starbucks Coffee Shop sharing the ground floor of the property. The hotel itself is clearly aged although it is generally clean and tidy. I observed there is generally a lack of staff seen in and around the property which led to my low marks given for service. In short, the hardware is acceptable but the software is lacking. In particular, the staff does not seem passionate in what they are doing as can be seen during breakfast, where empty trays were not refilled and the guests were left waiting for food to be replenished. I also noticed that the hotel was also selling heavily discounted breakfast vouchers to the public. I am not sure if this is a good practice in the context of a reputable 5-star hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a thoughtful team to manage the hotel.when you first in the room,there are 2 different color cups, you will be easily to identify whose cup without guessing. bathroom Booth's floor has groove on it, it's hard to slip, hotel still provide anti slip mat.beside toilet seat,it installed a tray on the wall,it fits the phone,if you have habit to bring the phone in.room has fire sprinkler but still has a set fire extinguisher and fire emergency kits.it make me so relaxed.room has 9 feet ceiling tall , it make comfortable.. room is clean, kettle no calcium deposits,no dust underneath the couch.since WiFi only support CHINA phone number to connect,I don't have any,ask concierge to help,she makes no hesitation use her phone to help me make connection.location is perfect for travelers, restaurants surrounding,one big pro is the mall cross street has Cross border buses and tricycle vehicle taxi station, you can make a slow glance the city,river side for only 50$ for couple per hour, you will see Zhong Shan city is so beautiful and relax, distance 10 minutes charge 10$, some time, they will get short cut into the alleys, you will be surprised by the local scene.

WWutungThe location is great, in the heart of the Eastern District, downstairs is the busiest business district, restaurants, massage parlors and shopping malls are all a few minutes walk.
The room was smaller than expected. Although it opened in 2023, the facilities in the room are a bit dilapidated, especially the bathroom, which has mold on the edges. The hotel lobby is simple, and the aroma of incense is a bit tacky. When checking in, the front desk attendant was a bit indifferent.
