Back at this hotel however the woman receptionist is SO SO SO RUDE, has no patients, bad manners, she nearly tore my passport as she couldn't get it to scan on her computer, left a big crease on my photo page, this is an official document...
She called up our room to apologize but she lacks manners and seems can't work under pressure. Sort out your reception staff, if too busy employ more people on front of counter and awaiting 45 minutes to check in is not acceptable plus expecting a 5 star review, are you crazy?????
However apart from the check in issue due to an angry Receptionist whom should be representing the company and first impressions always count the hotel is lovely, I would come back again but not to see the angry receptionist, left a sour mark in my mouth

I arrived at the hotel at ten o'clock, and my brother said that I can check in.
The first feeling of entering the room is quite comfortable, because it is very open, there is a terrace, you can overlook the port town.
The only downside is that the kettle in the room is a bit stained, and the water is still a bit yellow after several dips.
The king size of the big bed is very comfortable, and the combing is also very good.
The environment is very convenient, only ten minutes walk from the direct bus.
It is only five minutes opposite Wanda Plaza.

Jiji is the kind of hotel that you will fall in love with once you go there. You like the scent of Zen tea in Jiji and the robot service that doesn't disturb each other.
This hotel is located near Poly Plaza. The nearby facilities are very complete, including shopping malls and residences. My friend lives in the community opposite, so it is super convenient to stay here.
The next stop, Zhuhai, has been booked for the entire season.

The holiday season at the hotel was nothing short of magical. The festive decorations were beautifully curated, from sparkling lights to intricate holiday displays, creating a cozy yet luxurious winter wonderland. Every corner exuded the Christmas spirit, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. Combined with cheerful staff who embodied the holiday joy, the experience felt like stepping into a scene from a holiday storybook.
Even when I was feeling a little under the weather, the team went above and beyond to provide care. One outstanding member 黄燚 HuangYi made my stay extra special as did a special mention to Karen who help provide me with information on where to go to do activities and explore. They promptly ensured I had everything I needed, from thoughtful amenities to attentive follow-ups, creating a warm and supportive environment for me to recover so swiftly.
The buffet breakfast is a must. This is the most top Atour Ive stayed in! I have been to 5 others in different cities! Well managed and standards are kept high.
From the festive ambiance to the impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect getaway, especially during the holidays.

It was delicious in the morning and there were several packages to choose from. There is also coffee in the lobby. I asked the front desk and the front desk also gave me a cup of coffee as a gift. The service is really good and I must give it a 5-point rating.

VVecihiThe location is fantastic. Shopping mall connection, proximity to Cross border bus and ferry pier are 10-15mins away by taxi. So many shops are nearby. At night, they open outdoor BBQ shops, which are yummy :)

Our room has a wonderful view of the river. I enjoy the breakfast buffet which apart from Chinese food, has a large variety of western items.
