"It’s good to say that it’s renovated. Sleeping in the mountains and forests, listening to the sound of birds and rain is the artistic conception I want. I slept until noon and didn’t urge to check out. The reception staff warmly introduced the fun places and delicious restaurants in Zhongshan. There are really many cold weather this time. There are fewer but Lai in the hotel. It’s very satisfying to breathe the fresh air on the terrace. Next time, I will visit more Zhongshan special punching places."

"The hotel room is very new and clean, and the decoration style is what I like. I like every piece of furniture. The room has a private small garden, bubble tea is very comfortable, and there is a large lawn outside. My dog just moved from Hong Kong to the mainland. It was the first time I took him out for the night. He smiled happily and said he liked it here very much. Babies with dogs must come here to play, but dogs who like swimming should be careful🤣🤣There is a small lake here. My dog secretly wanted to swim, but I just found him and stopped him. The front desk guy was very polite and the service was very good👍🏻👍🏻"

"I went back to Guangdong on vacation to visit friends, and specially booked this hotel near my friend's house🏨
The room is clean and tidy, with lights/spotlights everywhere. You can turn on the lights or turn them on fully according to different needs. The room is very bright when the lights are fully turned on, which is suitable for office work!
The breakfast🍳is suitable in variety, with all kinds of grains, which is very good! For those who have been wandering outside and have not returned to Guangdong for a long time, the taro, sweet potato, sponge cake, soy milk, fried beef noodles, and various foods provided for breakfast are all delicacies in memory, as if they were back home!
The hotel also has a laundry room (2 dryers and 2 washing machines). When I was washing clothes, I couldn't find the payment code for a long time, and then I found out that it was free!
Finally, the front desk staff are really nice, enthusiastic and considerate, and I have a very happy stay🥳! ! ! !
Next time I come to Zhongshan, I will choose this hotel🏨!"

YYIN SHANMy recent stay at The Westin Zhongshan was truly pleasant, thanks to the hotel’s spacious rooms, attentive staff, and excellent service. While the location is slightly remote, it remains convenient for exploring the city, especially when using the DiDi app to reach the city center for sightseeing.
The room was impressively spacious, tidy, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the housekeeping service, as the staff went above and beyond by keeping the room tidy, clean and providing extra bottled water—a thoughtful touch that made a difference.
The front desk and restaurant reception staff were consistently warm and professional, always checking in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Their genuine concern for guests' comfort added a personal and welcoming touch to the experience.

It was delicious in the morning and there were several packages to choose from. There is also coffee in the lobby. I asked the front desk and the front desk also gave me a cup of coffee as a gift. The service is really good and I must give it a 5-point rating.

TTripaddictWe went back to Zhongshan to visit some of our relatives, we booked this hotel because it is very convenient to everywhere and is at downtown. You will find snacks nearby, supermarkets and 2 major shopping malls. We booked the 60 sq. meter room but being upgraded to 90 sq. meter with executive lounge access. Not only this, the next day we were stuck at Zhongshan because of the strong wind, ferries all closed, the hotel offered us the same price booked for 60 sq. meter but still upgraded us to 90 sq. meter. This is actually very generous. Thank you team and taking care of us during our hassle.

GGuest UserThis is a thoughtful team to manage the hotel.when you first in the room,there are 2 different color cups, you will be easily to identify whose cup without guessing. bathroom Booth's floor has groove on it, it's hard to slip, hotel still provide anti slip mat.beside toilet seat,it installed a tray on the wall,it fits the phone,if you have habit to bring the phone in.room has fire sprinkler but still has a set fire extinguisher and fire emergency kits.it make me so relaxed.room has 9 feet ceiling tall , it make comfortable.. room is clean, kettle no calcium deposits,no dust underneath the couch.since WiFi only support CHINA phone number to connect,I don't have any,ask concierge to help,she makes no hesitation use her phone to help me make connection.location is perfect for travelers, restaurants surrounding,one big pro is the mall cross street has Cross border buses and tricycle vehicle taxi station, you can make a slow glance the city,river side for only 50$ for couple per hour, you will see Zhong Shan city is so beautiful and relax, distance 10 minutes charge 10$, some time, they will get short cut into the alleys, you will be surprised by the local scene.

Check-in process was smooth and efficient. The check-in representative (William) was truly professional and greet me as a returned customer to Sheraton, which I feel honor for being accepted and welcomed. On the other hand, he realized I am a frequent biz traveller around the world. He introduced various hotel facilities professionally to relate my business opportunity, which is very smart of him. He also grades the buffet breakfast is well suitable for family and biz related occasions. It was another wonderful experience to stay in Sheraton together with my family.

GGuest UserThe location is very convenient, there is a shopping mall next door and the bus station is also very convenient. Hygiene is okay. This noise isolation is really a big problem. I was given a room on the third floor at first, but the noise on the road with the window closed was still very loud. After communicating with us about moving to the fourth floor, there was not much difference. Later at 12 o'clock in the evening, there was a rumble on the wall of the shower room next door, and I could clearly tell when the door next door opened. Really speechless🤦

I don’t understand how a five star hotel,or so they claim, does nothing about cleaning the air conditioning deck. I don’t know whether this is dust or this is mold, but in any event, it is disgusting and it may be contributing to my allergy in the room

The breakfast service could have been better and up to the marriott standards. Unlike usual hotels, guests must wear a swim cap otherwise they are not allowed to use the pool. 20rmb each if you need to purchase on the spot.
