The hotel has been renovated. It is clean and tidy. The room is big. We were upgraded to a sea view room. The room is high and you can see the sea outside. I left something behind and the front desk was very considerate to call me. High cost performance. Recommended

The room was very clean, but it was too noisy. The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear conversations from next door in the middle of the night, and even car horns from outside the door. If you're traveling and need a good night's sleep, I wouldn't recommend staying here, as it will affect your rest. However, the location is great, right at the entrance to the pier. Breakfast was decent, and the service was good too.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was exceptionally good. They even offered warm drinking water upon entry, which was a very thoughtful touch. A small issue came up due to my companion's oversight, but it was quickly resolved with the help of Xiao Li. Very trustworthy. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.

This was my first time staying at a Ji Hotel, and the check-in experience was unpleasant. The front desk required us to verify our identity via WeChat. Then, a staff member with a badge indicating she was a ”hotel assistant” checked us in and, without our permission, kept taking pictures of various pages of my husband's passport with her phone. When I told her she was violating his privacy, she didn't apologize but instead said she would delete them immediately. I pointed out that iPhones can store deleted photos for 30 days, and she said she would delete them within 30 days. Every time I said something, she would argue back and escalate the situation. Was I asking her to delete the photos? I wanted her to apologize for taking pictures of my passport without my permission, not to use the excuse of deleting them later. Later, I mentioned this to Ctrip customer service. After hanging up on Ctrip, the ”hotel assistant” then made a phone call in front of me, seemingly asking someone else about the incident. Is a hotel assistant really going to call someone in front of a customer to ask if her actions were right or wrong? That's incredibly unprofessional! Later, the service manager came to my room, and I told her it wasn't about deleting or not deleting photos, but that they needed my permission before taking photos of my personal identification documents with their phones. I felt offended. The manager explained for a long time afterward, and her attitude was very good; otherwise, I really wouldn't have wanted to stay a second longer. I gave the service four stars. I originally planned to give it one star, but since the Ctrip customer service and the service manager were both very patient in handling the issue, I'll deduct one star for the assistant. Facilities: First time staying at Ji Hotel, satisfied with the facilities, fully smart. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Except for hearing people talking at the door, the environment was very good. Service: The front desk and assistant service were poor and unprofessional, but the service manager was very good. Aside from encountering the unprofessional and impolite front desk and assistant, my first stay was very good in all aspects. It was very cost-effective, and the bedding was comfortable.

Every year, Qingming comes here, several books are set in this whole season, all season fans, clean and tidy, it is convenient to go out to eat, live here, then Gaojiazhuang eat, the next day near the East Gate vegetable market to buy some seafood home, perfect.

Room is rather small. Breakfast is ok. Only problem is a lack of communication from staff. We left our luggage after checkout on the premise that we would collect them after visiting temples in the morning. When we came back, the luggages were missing. Turned out the staff sent the luggages to the pier. As it turned out, we had taken the shuttle from the pier to the hotel to collect our luggages. This breakdown in comms cost us a delay of one hour on a very nice, sunny autumn day which we could use to enjoy the balmy weather.

Facilities: Very new, consistent style throughout the season, simple and practical. There is a desk, a large coffee table and a booth. Environment: It is a series of single houses located on the hillside. It is the largest and most distinctive All Seasons store I have seen so far. Close to Nansha Scenic Area, a five-minute walk away. Our room overlooks the sea and feels very quiet and elegant. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Service: Thoughtful and warm, with a car to pick up the pier and airport, very convenient.

We were very satisfied with the suite, and we could even watch the sunrise from the room. The front desk staff and other staff were very welcoming. We also booked the Ji Hotel in Donggang last year when we came to worship Buddha, because our two pets weren't with us, so staying at the Ji Hotel was perfect. It would be even more perfect if they could set aside a few rooms specifically for families with pets. The room was clean and tidy, making it a great choice.

The front desk service was absolutely terrible. There was a rather plump receptionist who was incredibly rude, with such a sour face it felt like I owed her millions. It's my first time encountering such service in the hospitality industry.
