Manxin Hotels in Zhoushan

Pros: The family room is a duplex, the king-size bed is very comfortable, the room hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is cozy. The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming, which significantly boosted our impression. They also have a self-service laundry room and a pier shuttle service. Cons: The location is too remote, making it inconvenient for dining and shopping. The restaurant is expensive and the service is terrible; the staff looked very unhappy to serve us, and the restaurant environment wasn't great either. We stayed on the island for two days and had three main meals, all at the hotel's affiliated restaurants. The Manxin restaurant offered the worst value for money. While high prices on the island are understandable, they should at least be worth it. Oh, and I found a small piece of steel wool in the boiled shrimp.
