First time staying here, satisfied, high cost performance. I went to Doumen on business alone, and staying in this hotel was a very good and cheap choice, much better than expected. Convenient transportation, nearby shopping malls, shops and restaurants are all available, and you can also take a walk by the river in the evening.

This time I came to Zhuhai Jing'an to visit friends and reminisce, and I still chose to stay in this hotel because of its moderate location, convenient transportation, affordable room price, comfortable and sanitary rooms, friendly and fast front desk service, and convenient eating, drinking and shopping nearby. Unfortunately the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. Arriving at the hotel the check in process was quite simple. The water wasn’t really hot when taking a shower. As advertised the hotel advertises a car to get you to the hotsprings but at first they had no idea what we were talking about then eventually after all the translation they said we need to book an hour in advance and they would get the car to pick us up from the hotsprings. Once we had tried to arrange the car they said no cars were available and they told us to arrange our own transportation. The breakfast is not ideal as the bread rolls were quite stale and they didn’t really have much to offer. It was a really disappointing experience. The only thing that was great was the bed it was truly the best part of the hotel.

When I drove into the area where the hotel was located, my heart was cold, and the neighborhood was so desolate. I thought I had driven into the deserted ghost village, so I stopped at the door to see the facilities. If it didn’t work, I would unsubscribe. After entering the hotel, I felt very amazing. It was very clean and the room was big. The facilities are also very new, parking is convenient, and there are many parking spaces. 488/2 Late is very cost-effective.
Then there is the problem of eating. There are no food and convenience stores nearby. You have to drive to 4-5 kilometers to have a catering concentration area and a night market at night. It is inconvenient to not drive by taxi.
The yard is very beautiful, the occupancy rate is very low, the night window looks out of the dark, the houses near the hotel are deserted and unoccupied, not suitable for looking outside the window at night, a bit hairy, but very quiet, sound insulation is also very good, like quiet people preferred.
The window of the room is floor-to-ceiling windows, electric curtains, and the few days of staying in the typhoon happened to be a typhoon. It was still very cool to sit by the window and watch the rainstorm.
The toilet and shower doors are shared. It is estimated that the partition is not sealed well. The water in the shower room will leak to the toilet after the shower in the two rooms I have set.

It looks unremarkable from the outside, but the room is consistent with the pictures. The equipment is very new and fashionable. I like that the wash basin is outside the toilet. The bed is very comfortable, neither soft nor hard, and the view is open. There is a hair dryer and no refrigerator. There is a USB port, but charging is slow; hot water is sufficient in summer, and the air conditioner is sufficient, so it is not noisy; the windows are soundproof, and in the evening you can hear the sound of aunties dancing in the square not far away, but it is very quiet at night.
The parking lot is behind the hotel, with about 3-40 spots. It is open-air. Every time you leave the gate, you must inform the front desk of your license plate number in exchange for free parking. It was the first time I came to this hotel. I saw it was a whole hotel instead of a small tiered hotel, so I chose this hotel (it was actually not the flattest one). It looked good, so I decided to book this hotel. . When I checked in that night, the lobby had an old-fashioned feel. There were no problems. It was OK when I got to the room. Yes, it had the old smell of a reasonably old hotel, but not many hotels have the smell of the toilet, and there was no residual smoke. taste, so no problem. The bathtub is very good. It seems that you can take a bath. Of course, if you don't bring disinfection tools privately, you have to take a shower. Here comes the problem. This bathtub is not attached to the wall. After taking a shower, water will be all over the floor. You have to be very careful when using it. It is inconvenient to have water on the floor. I hope the hotel can improve it. Everything else is fine and is a reasonable situation.

TTsing TsingI've stayed with Bonvoy hotels for many years, and this one Shangri-La Zhuhai surprised and impressed me with their services. Basic service was expected with Bonvoy hotels, however this experience showed me they went the extra miles, all staff are well trained. Special thanks to my butler Lia and Minnie, who took well care of me during the stay, including my request of neck support pillow (very hard to find in China) all the way to check out. They were very responsive to all my questions.
This hotel in general will not disappoint you, definitely a place to go to for couples and families, they have consider everything. They have 2 pool; 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. All needs are covered.
The room was spacious enough for me and my partner, we had a balcony and faced the Macau bridge. Night few was magnificent.
The hotel was easy to fine, and i was driving and they made everything super convenient.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and families, i didn't have the chance to try their buffet but i heard it's good and i will definitely come back again.
My trip was too short, and i wish i could of stayed longer.

They have a good selection of restaurants and shops and nice gardens with dolphins. I would highly recommend this hotel to families as they offer amenities and closeness to the other two parks.

Hotel quality and finishing were top notch, room decoration was impeccable. 
They decorated the room for birthday celebration and Terry Our Butler bought in a chocolate cake late night on our return from dinner.
The butler service was on the spot this time and even sent my pillow request past midnight
The team understood both Cantonese as well as English better compared to the Shenzhen branch
Breakfast was decent but seating was Adhoc as they turned the bar area also into breakfast tables so we were a bit cramp.
They threw in a welcome drinks as Elite members. however the card had clearly state to submit this at recepy lobby but actually we should have taken it directly down to the 41st floor bar for consumption as they do not deliver this to a bedroom.
Two pools on different floors however the indoor pool was 1.4 m deep which was not to child friendly. The indoor pool had a light Jacuzzi and to our surprise the changing room also had Jacuzzi with steam room and hot stone beds for free. The rooftop pool was not heated however they had powerful massage functions.
Negatives
We booked two rooms, one king and one twin because they only have limited twin rooms we had to be separated on different floor levels. We requested non-smoking rooms and the twin room was not available until very late in the evening for check-in and they kindly extended our stay until 3 pm for both rooms.
The location is quite out of stick and the nearest shopping mall is a good 10 minutes walk outdoor. There areas some restaurants at the exhibition centre which am not sure were opened fully.

Location of this hotel is super convenient and when you can downstairs you can easily grab food because many restaurants are next to this hotel. Price of this hotel is affordable, service of this hotel is excellent too.

Room is spacious and clean. There is even a Karaoke bar within the building in another tower.
I was in a sea view room, although the sea was a bit far, but got a nice wide view.
Only drawback is the busy traffic entering and departing from the hotel by car/taxi, but can work around if you fit more time in advance to your schedule.
Overall very good experience, and I will return for sure.

GGuest UserThe location is good, close to Gongbei KouAn, which is one of the entry points to Macau, and there are many restaurants, banks, markets around.
But other than that, the hotel has been quite a let-down. It says it is a 4-star but it really doesn't feel like it.
The first room we had (XX23) was so disappointing ... It felt really humid with smells of mold/mould all around: IT WAS SO HUMID when i lay down on the bed, my head felt the water that was kept into the pillow; so very uncomfortable/disgusting!
We were going to stay multiple nights, but after the first night it was impossible we would stay longer. The smell, and the feeling of humidity all the time (no matter the settings of the AC) were almost nightmarish. The pictures also show how poor the status of the room was.
We asked to change rooms, the 2nd one was MUCH BETTER.
No gym, no real restaurant in the hotel, the breakfast room feels like a canteen, the front desk service is ok (not really welcoming nor rude either)
This is not a 4-star hotel; or if it still is, then it should lose one star, or upgrade their ways to maintain a 4-star grade.

The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and featured all the modern amenities one could wish for. The facilities, including the spa and pool, were top-notch and provided a welcome retreat after a day of exploring.
However, what truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Hedi, the hotel butler. Hedi's attention to detail and commitment to excellence were unparalleled. He anticipated my needs before I even expressed them and ensured that every aspect of my stay was flawless. His warm personality and professional demeanor made me feel genuinely cared for and truly enhanced my overall experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. It was an unforgettable stay, and I will definitely return. Thank you, Hedi, for making my visit so special!

DDavid Loo CWCheck in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms.
They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions.
Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean.
Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient.
Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road.
No fault of the hotel.
Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau.
Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here.
No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk.
10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food.
We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection.
Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day.
Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!
