The room is quite spacious, staffs are friendly. Far to walk to Gongbei Plaza.

Location is fine and also just opposite the massage parlour under the same owner. Breakfast is ok.

Very close to night market. Food are everywhere. 7-11 is nearby

The hotel service is great and very welcoming with the staff 阿鳳. Well considered on customers needs and organised car pickup service. Highly recommend.

Had such a wonderful experience in Palm Spring Hotel. Ms Tse at the front desk was ever helpful and taking care and answering our queries all the time. Hotel provide free shuttle service from Gongbei port to their hotel. Just need to call them or made arrangement with frontdesk. There is a wellness spa massage centre right opposite the hotel which is great for relaxation.

Friendly staff, free shuttles to different ports, free washing machine on our floor, good restaurants at the lobby. Recommend!。I will recommend friends to come over

The location is good. It is in the central area but it is not that easy to access on foot. The service is excellent. It is very clean, very nice, good atmosphere. The facilities are great as well. The breakfast is ok, but not excellent. There are not many fruit options. Overall, it is good for family. Recommended.

Whether it was the front desk reception, the shuttle drivers, or the housekeepers, everyone was incredibly polite, making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in. During check-in, Ms. Tse (謝小姐)at the front desk was super efficient and proactively shared details about our package and nearby attractions, which I found very thoughtful. Whenever I had questions, such as about room amenities or restaurant hours, they patiently answered and always kept a smile on their faces, which really lifted my spirits. The hotel environment was also very comfortable, with clean and tidy lobbies and rooms. What impressed me the most was the friendly front desk staff, especially Ms.Tse (謝小姐. Every time I entered or exited the hotel, she greeted me with a warm smile and called me by my last name, asking if I needed anything. Their enthusiastic service truly made my trip unforgettable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for those who appreciate excellent service.
