We enjoyed a relaxed and convenient stay at this hotel. The attentive staff consistently cleaned our room and promptly refilled our drinking water bottles, ensuring that we felt right at home. One of the standout features is its prime location—just steps away from the Hengqin Port, making it incredibly easy to access Macau. Additionally, we're only a 5-6 minute drive from Chimelong Ocean Kingdom and other nearby attractions, while the Gongbei border is just 20-26 minutes away. The friendly reception staff also spoke English fluently, making communication effortless for us as international travelers. The check-in process was seamless, and the express check-out made our departure hassle-free. All in all, this hotel provided a fantastic base for exploring the area, with all the comforts and convenience we could ask for! Convenience extends beyond the hotel itself; there are numerous restaurants, malls, and grocery stores nearby. A short walk through the underpass at Hengqin Port will bring you to Ponto Square, where you can explore even more dining and shopping options.

The room was very nice, very satisfied, the space was large and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the facilities were perfect, and the location of the hotel was very convenient.

I don't like to comment, but I have to give a good review. First of all, the service is good. They will call you to confirm the arrival time on the same day, and then send you a map of the hotel check-in route, saving the time of looking for the front desk. Many apartments can't do this. There will also be a check-out reminder on the day of check-out. Then let's talk about the environment. It is relatively new, and all the details are in place. The refrigerator and washing machine are all plugged in, and the bath towels and disposable cups are all individually packaged. They also provide midnight snacks. Almost the whole house is intelligent, and there is also a smart toilet. The environment is not noisy.

The room is spacious and well-equipped. There is a XGIMI projector, which the children like very much. We watched two movies and it was very suitable for rainy days. Although it is an apartment-style hotel, it is in an excellent location. Fuhuali is downstairs, and Yuanming New Garden is a ten-minute walk away. It takes more than ten minutes to drive to Xiangluwan Beach. There are food, drink and fun. The hotel also has a washing machine, which is more convenient. There is no extra charge. You can also dry clothes. The hotel has a good view. You can see Jingshan Park. Due to the sufficient rain, you can also see the waterfall in the distance. The housekeeper and the store manager provide good service. If there are any problems, they will be solved in time through WeChat communication.

Best and recommended for all that travel to ZHUHAI. This is the best hotel i would rate among the hotels I had stayed. The location is very good theres two bus stations nearby. The price is superb, the room and location beyond what it costs. The hotel design is like Japanese style in my opinion. Its clean and neat. Most importantly it is user friendly, the design of the cable and light switches is close to the bed. Additional plus point , my favourite of this hotel are the bathroom and the bed. The bathroom is separated to dry n wet, which is super nice. And is very clean!!!! And the bed, is huge, the blanket is heavy so can cover the body nicely. The front desk also very friendly. Provide international traveller wifi. Together with the price, the hotel room, location and the supportive front desk, I would definitely come again next time!!!

Nothing to fault with this serviced apartment - the place is exactly as expected on photos. The property is still new, apart from a slightly stained couch, everything seems modern and fresh. We loved the generous supply of amenities (disposable face towel, slippers, tissues and water), that really made it a comfortable stay for us. Location is great - it's right above customs to walk over to Macau and it's not fast from Chimelong. A few small shops to eat and buy daily supplies underneath the apartment.

The room is good, the night view is beautiful, the room is clean, the port and the Legend Plaza are close, and there are several convenience stores and simple restaurants downstairs. Mainly for participating in the Hengqin Marathon, the shuttle bus station is close, check-out is extended to 14:00, and the price-performance ratio is very good

Check in staff was polite. Asked for non smoking room but was shown a room that smelled like a smokehouse, this was after the reception asked the housekeeping to do immediate smoke sanitizer. Requested to change room but was shown another room that was smaller and smelling of smoke. Asked the housekeeping to leave us a bottle of sanitizer and we sprayed the whole room and went out. Returned few hours later but still smelled of smoke, obviously can never get rid of the smell because the smoke smell is already infused into the curtains, bed, blankets and the pillows. If anyone is not tolerant of the smoking smell please don’t consider this hotel. Even the inside of the lift smell bad because they don’t care a damn and still smoke while taking the lift. I don’t think they have any non smoking floors as we can see they supply ash trays in the rooms. They are allowed to smoke everywhere in the hotel, no restrictions. Room is old furnishings but bedsheets and pillow cases are clean. Shower pressure and hot water is good. Amenities are basic but sufficient. Sound insulation is ok and no street noise. Except for the early noise from the nearby construction going on across the road. No fault of the hotel. Location is strategic, walking distance from the Gongbei port if you coming and going to Macau. Coming from Hong Kong by bus, you need to take a taxi to get here. No metro or bus services nearby. The inter state railway station is nearby about a 20 minute walk. 10 minutes walk to Gongbei Plaza and you will find lots of shopping and food. We did a day trip to Macau and walked all the way through immigration and customs inspection. Would recommend to travelers looking for just a place to sleep and explore during the day. Not a holiday staycation kind of hotel unless you are a smoker!!

Excellent: The room is large, the hotel is in a good location, there are enough parking spaces, the lobby service is very good, and children's supplies are proactively provided. This is the Nth time to stay. It is the first choice for self-driving tours in Zhuhai. Disadvantages: There is no refrigerator in the room, the TV cannot be connected and the program cannot be watched. I asked the waiter to check but couldn't adjust it and left. Then there was nothing... and I had to go to bed early.
