Zhuhai Hotels with Balcony

Hengqin Zhenlin Hotel is a great place to take the kids out for a walk during the May Day holiday! The seaside embankment and wetland park are right outside the door, and the air is super good. It is especially comfortable to take the kids on a bike to see the flowers and stroll along the beach. It is very close to the Starland Amusement Park, and the children don't want to leave after playing! The hotel restaurant is great, with fresh Cantonese cuisine and seafood, and both adults and children enjoy the food. The sea is right outside the window of the room, just right for the whole family to relax! The most important thing is that there is no one crowding at all, and it feels like I just slipped out on a weekday, very comfortable 😌 Also, the housekeeper, Ms. Zhao, is very considerate. Healthy water is delivered to the room every day, which nourishes the lungs and the body

My birthday stay at Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay was an absolutely amazing experience, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Cecilia! I mentioned it was my birthday in advance, and Cecilia thoughtfully arranged a beautiful flower setup in the room, creating the perfect atmosphere. She also kindly helped us set up the TV for screen mirroring so we could play photos and birthday videos, which was incredibly thoughtful. Communication throughout our stay was excellent, and any requests were handled quickly. At checkout, she even prepared a lovely little gift as a souvenir – such a heartwarming surprise. The hotel itself boasts a serene and beautiful environment with fantastic sea views. While the guest rooms could use some improvement, the overall service was gentle and discreet, never feeling intrusive. It was a very rejuvenating birthday getaway, and I highly recommend the 'Smile Play Travel Photography' experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhuhai!

The overall design of the hotel is quite good, making for great photos. After booking, they contacted us in advance to remind us to purchase ferry tickets and inform us about hotel activities, which could be booked ahead of time. Once we disembarked, there were clear signs guiding us to the shuttle bus, making the whole process very convenient. [dancing emoji] Cassie from Guest Relations was very responsive. When I was checking out and nearly missed my ferry, she specially arranged a vehicle for us. I'm really grateful to these enthusiastic staff members, especially Cassie, Brian, and Colin. On a last-minute business trip, I chose a hotel near Gongbei. The Orange Hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the high-speed train station, offering good value for money with reasonable prices. The lobby is on the first floor, and the rooms are on the second and third floors. The decor is very new, so it seems like it hasn't been open for long. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was powerful and quiet. The housekeeping auntie was very friendly and promptly helped with anything I needed. There are plenty of dining options nearby, with restaurants all around the hotel. In the evening, you can take a stroll to the beach to enjoy the sea breeze and get a view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Macau. You can also cycle along Lover's Road, enjoying the breeze and beautiful scenery.

The location is excellent, and the shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom and Chimelong Show is very convenient. The receptionists are polite, and the comfort level is extremely high. The hotel staff are very kind and answer questions promptly, providing a great experience! I loved it, it's perfect for family trips. It was a very good stay, the room was excellent. The concierge service was also exceptional. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It was a good experience, with many staff members in the lobby always ready to answer questions. The hotel signs are clear and very helpful. The hotel's location is great, making it easy to visit nearby attractions. It's suitable for families with children, providing a good experience. The rooms are new and very clean, and the facilities are complete and child-friendly. I'll come back again. The greenery is abundant, and the air is fresh, making you feel refreshed. Overall, everything is great, with complete facilities, clean hygiene, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. The lobby decoration is unique and eye-catching, filled with marine elements, and well-lit. Overall, it's good. The lobby is spacious and well-lit, warm and comfortable, and the bed is very comfortable. I'll come again next time.

Our stay this time was absolutely wonderful! The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, the room facilities were complete, and the bedding was very cozy. A special thank you goes to our butler, Alina. Her service was meticulous and thoughtful; she proactively contacted us before check-in to confirm our needs, and during our stay, she was incredibly responsive and efficient whenever we had any questions. Thanks to Alina's attentive service, our entire trip was made exceptionally worry-free and our stay was very comfortable. Both the software and hardware of the Hilton Zhuhai are top-notch. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The Octonauts themed room was fantastic, and it included all the tickets for the attractions. The bathroom was very clean, with a toilet seat for young children. There were both plush and plastic slippers, and if the kids' bathrobes and toiletries weren't enough, you could call to have more sent up. Mysterious Island offers water play and sand digging, plus there's an ocean hot spring complex with indoor and outdoor pools. The rooftop hot spring is an extra charge. Two days wasn't enough to enjoy all the water activities, and there's also an infinity pool. The Pet Paradise isn't huge but it's great for kids, and the staff there are all very enthusiastic. There's a stable where you can ride horses, costing 88 yuan for two laps. Mysterious Island is quite large, but many of the attractions inside require an additional fee. The hotel facilities are excellent; the shuttle carts run about every ten minutes. The lobby has a self-service license plate recording device, so if you don't want to wait for the shuttle, you can drive your own car to the attractions as there are parking spaces. The morning buffet was decent, and dining with a sea view from a slightly more distant spot was really comfortable. Although the themed room is a bit far out, it's quieter. I highly recommend this room with three plush toys; the kids absolutely adored them.

Once confirmed reservation, I contacted hotel for dining arrangement on 29th Jan. They said that they have ”upgrade” my room. However, the upgraded room is not what I want, so, I told them NOT to upgrade. Then they explained that there's A/C issue, trying to fix it now. 2nd Feb, they told me that my room is fixed and ready, no need to upgrade, I replied that was great! 20th Feb, the date that we check-in, I contacted hotel for the room, dinner and exact location. The hosted asked when we will arrive and I told him we will arrive 3:00pm that day. Eventually, we arrived at 4:30pm, the hosted told me that ”oh, so sorry, the ”previous guest” didn't check-out, I will upgrade you” ＜-- I was thinking ***, AGAIN? This hotel, only 2 types of room with hotel spring, they keep pushing me to stay at ANOTHER room. Finally, we met the ”prevous guest”, they said they booked for 3 nights, understand that the last night the same room not available, but they just don't care and act like ******* leave all belongings let the hotel no choice but stayed the same room for them. That means, hotel received ”previous guest” $$ and my $$ for the same room same night. Also, the hot spring was not working on the 2nd day almost the whole day. They said it was because we didn't turned off the hot spring ＜-- they didn't mention I can't enjoy hot spring from when to when?! Unfortunately, Trip.com will only ”listen” to user, but ”confirm” situation with hotel. They said I did stayed in their hotel anyway, I said that location is not a usual place that I can find another HOTEL easily, I have no choice at that moment because we have 4 children! The compensation this time was $986 but I paid $5000 for that room. To all others, I will tell you to re-consider to stay in this hotel or use Trip.com from now on!

The hotel's location is excellent; there's a bus stop right outside, making it convenient to go anywhere. It's only two bus stops away from the high-speed train station and Gongbei Port. I booked a deluxe room with a large bathtub and a mountain view, facing a residential area, so it was pretty quiet at night! The hotel service was also great; any issues were resolved quickly. Thumbs up!

For my trip to Zhuhai, I chose this homestay located super close to Gongbei Port, and the experience was simply amazing! Crossing the border at the port was a breeze, saving me tons of time to visit more sights. The room was decorated very cozily, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept like a baby at night. Most importantly, the service was incredibly attentive. They responded to all my questions instantly, making me feel completely at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Zhuhai!
