Our stay at Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay honestly felt like a peaceful escape from busy city life. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, private, and relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and blends very naturally with the seaside surroundings, creating a quiet luxury atmosphere that immediately makes you slow down and enjoy the experience. The room was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially loved our room location because it was incredibly easy to step outside anytime and enjoy the fresh ocean air, privacy, and relaxing ocean view. Sitting outside during the morning and evening became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The outdoor patio and soaking pool made the experience feel even more special and peaceful, especially at night when the atmosphere became even quieter. The room amenities were excellent, including complimentary minibar drinks, coffee machine, tea selection, bathrobes, ironing equipment, quality toiletries, and many thoughtful details that made the stay feel complete and comfortable. Everything felt carefully prepared and very well maintained. Breakfast was honestly amazing every morning and became one of the highlights of our stay. The fresh colorful fruits, delicious noodles, healthy dishes, fresh juice, and calm dining atmosphere made every morning enjoyable and relaxing instead of rushed. Even though complimentary fruits mentioned in the booking were not provided in the room, we honestly did not mind because the breakfast fruits were incredibly fresh and delicious every day. We also understand why check-in may sometimes take longer because once we entered the room, everything felt perfectly prepared, safe, clean, quiet, functional, and comfortable. We genuinely could not find anything negative during our stay. Thank you and appreciation to all the staff for their warm hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and effort in making our stay memorable, peaceful, and truly relaxing. We would absolutely love to return again in the future.

The Zhuhai Chimelong Penguin Hotel's polar theme design really creates an immersive atmosphere. The aurora-inspired colors on the exterior make it instantly recognizable and easy to spot. The lobby has a warm and comforting fragrance that's very relaxing. The iconic giant penguin sculpture is a unique feature of the hotel. The hotel facilities are comprehensive. The concierge service is enthusiastic, and luggage storage is hassle-free. Check-in at the front desk was simple and efficient, and checking out didn't require any waiting in line. The lobby lounge area has soft, comfortable seating. The hotel's cleaning staff continuously maintain the environment throughout. The overall environment is excellent, and the whole hotel is full of playful touches, making it perfect for families. The kids' club has a full range of play equipment. There are thoughtful designs in many areas specifically catering to children, ensuring kids have a fun and joyful time playing. The guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned daily with no hidden spots. The interior space is spacious, and the penguin-themed furnishings are exquisite and appealing. The sound insulation is excellent, blocking out external noise. The rooms are well-ventilated, dry, and not stuffy. The king-size bed is roomy, allowing for comfortable stretching. The mattress and pillows are moderately firm and soft, helping to relieve fatigue. The bedding is changed daily, keeping it clean and fresh. The blackout curtains are highly effective. The room is well-stocked with amenities. The windows provide ample natural light and good ventilation. The Wi-Fi coverage is seamless and runs smoothly. All small appliances in the room are well-maintained and in good working order. I would definitely come back again. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh ingredients. You can enjoy your meal while watching the penguins from the window-side tables. The Chinese dishes are authentic and generously portioned. The dining staff are very responsive. The hotel is right next to the entrance of the Ocean Kingdom park. It's just a short walk to enter the park, and the multiple entry privileges add extra convenience to your visit. The hotel's services are meticulous in every detail, making it an excellent choice for a family trip to Chimelong. I will continue to choose the Penguin Hotel for future stays.

First off, the service was excellent! A special shout-out to Nicole and Kaia – they were incredibly responsive. I'd pre-booked a baby bathtub, bottle sterilizer, and bed rail, and everything was already set up in the room when we arrived, which was a huge relief and really thoughtful. The hotel cleanliness was good too. There was a slight musty smell in the room, but staff promptly brought an air purifier. And I have to mention the hotel breakfast – it was fantastic! Freshly squeezed juices, rice rolls… so many items were made fresh on the spot. The kids' pool bubble time at 4 PM was also a hit, and the 'Kids' Fun Camp' had a great variety of activities. My child had an absolute blast!

The room was clean and hygienic. Although Zhuhai's weather is unpredictable and quite humid, the room had no strange odors. The service was excellent. The cleaning staff were very warm and attentive. Because my flight was earlier than expected, I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM. The lady at the front desk processed my check-in without a word, which was a great help. The male staff I encountered on the following two days were clearly not as professional as her, but their attitude was very friendly. The hotel's location is superb. It's just across the road from Hengqin Port. You can also walk through an underpass behind the hotel directly to勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza). As for the food, I didn't find many great options in the nearby food street, but there are plenty of dining choices in 勵駿廣場 (Lisboa Plaza), all very convenient. Definitely avoid the pre-cut fruit sold in the underpass!

During my stay, I called multiple times to inquire about dining reservations, parking, directions to attractions, and room facilities. Each time, I was greeted by a gentle and polite voice, and her responses were clear and concise. Winnie is very professional; she never brushed off complex requests. Instead, she meticulously coordinated with various departments to handle them quickly, and her response time was incredibly fast. Even with multiple repetitive inquiries, she remained exceptionally patient, and all communication was fluent and appropriate. She perfectly embodies the service standards of a Marriott five-star hotel. The hotel environment and room amenities were already excellent, but with Winnie's thoughtful and heartwarming service, my overall stay experience was significantly enhanced. This will be my top choice for business trips or holidays in Zhuhai. Thank you, Winnie, for your dedicated service!

Our family trip with kids exceeded all expectations, a solid five-star experience! The park grounds are impeccably clean and comfortable, with lush greenery. The staff were incredibly kind, and their guidance was patient and thorough. The various attractions are new and safe, and the 5D Castle Cinema is a must-try – the dynamic special effects create an amazing atmosphere. The dining options are plentiful, and the accommodation was very comfortable. The package deals are great value and hassle-free. The kids had an absolute blast, I highly recommend bringing your little ones here!

The St. Regis is incredibly popular for photos, especially for girls who love that elegant, palace-like style. The all-white aesthetic feels very clean. Initially, we weren't thrilled with our room, which was a bit disappointing as it was for a birthday. After calling the front desk and requesting a room with double doors, they quickly moved us to a fantastic new room. It was perfect for taking beautiful pictures! I also have to give a special shout-out to the concierge service! They were constantly busy helping us, from handling flower deliveries to moving our luggage between rooms, and even assisted us right up until check-out! My only minor complaint is that I didn't get a little bunny for my birthday! But overall, I really loved it, especially after we switched rooms. I'll definitely be back to relax here for a couple of days next time.

The location is super convenient! The room is well-decorated, clean, and tidy. You can play mahjong, sing karaoke, and even buy groceries to cook your own meals. There are also many local snacks nearby, and it's very close to the scenic spots. I really love it!

The front desk staff proactively upgraded my room, and the view was stunning—I could see the port hall and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The breakfast was quite rich; even for someone as picky as me, it was very satisfying. After checking out, I forgot some beef in the fridge, and the front desk kindly called to remind me.

For my trip to Zhuhai, I chose this homestay located super close to Gongbei Port, and the experience was simply amazing! Crossing the border at the port was a breeze, saving me tons of time to visit more sights. The room was decorated very cozily, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept like a baby at night. Most importantly, the service was incredibly attentive. They responded to all my questions instantly, making me feel completely at home. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Zhuhai!
