"Best and recommended for all that travel to ZHUHAI. This is the best hotel i would rate among the hotels I had stayed. The location is very good theres two bus stations nearby. The price is superb, the room and location beyond what it costs. The hotel design is like Japanese style in my opinion. Its clean and neat. Most importantly it is user friendly, the design of the cable and light switches is close to the bed. Additional plus point , my favourite of this hotel are the bathroom and the bed. The bathroom is separated to dry n wet, which is super nice. And is very clean!!!! And the bed, is huge, the blanket is heavy so can cover the body nicely. The front desk also very friendly. Provide international traveller wifi. Together with the price, the hotel room, location and the supportive front desk, I would definitely come again next time!!!"

"Its located within 15 minute walk from Gongbei Kouan and relatively easy to find if you can read basic Chinese characters and road signs or landmark building signs. To expect too much for a USD 7 a night capsule hotel wouldn't be fair on the people who run this institution. Its relatively well maintained and the capsules are also just like what you see on the hotel descriptions. Cleanliness isn't its greatest forte, but its definitely worth the money you are paying for. Cigarette smoke is probably the one thing that could possibly be a deal breaker, but if you are a smoker yourself then there is little to complain about. I would definitely recommend the place for any solo traveler on a tight budget."

"Surprised this hotel was so nice compered to the price I have payed for. Good location near to Gombei port, on a busy shopping street. So it was a little noisy until 10pm,then it become silent. The room was even equipped with home cinema projector to enjoy large screen movies."

"it's an enjoyable stay here, the room has an expansive view. you can also watch birds flying in circles. the room is clean and comfortable with many pillows. there are two memory foam pillows. a robot delivers food to the room so you are not surprised by loud knocking by food delivery person. the staff are friendly and helpful. the laundry room is well equipped with a dryer and detergent. it is conveniently located near to the border gate where you can visit Macau easily."

"It is quite close to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station. Because I went to Macau to watch a concert and came back and caught the high-speed train the next morning. Facilities: I feel that the hotel facilities are a little lacking. The circuit breaker kept tripping when I stayed there. Service: But after the circuit breaker tripped, I contacted the front desk and they patiently helped me change rooms. Environment: The surrounding environment is quite good. There is Mixue Ice City downstairs and various restaurants."

"The view is unbeatable, the scenery is unique, and the price/performance ratio is excellent. I requested a higher floor when I made the reservation, and it was provided to me. Thank you. I especially want to mention the extremely attentive and friendly service of the front desk lady. I will stay here again next time I go to Hong Kong and Macau. The room is spacious and comfortable, great!"

"Overall hotel is fine in this price range. Because this price range is considered cheapest in that city. Therefore, amenities and room were fine compared to price. However, being a foreigner I faced unpleasant visit(s) of policemen for verification at night time. That disturbed me. I am living in China for almost 9 years now and police came to verify me. It seems they have no online or offline verification system. That’s unpleasant during holidays."

"Decent and quiet location inside a residential building near BBQs, Walmart and restaurants at Mo er plaza. Quite close to the Macao crossing and Zhuhai train terminal. All was great in this serviced apartment except that no cookware, plates or utensils are provided to allowing cooking with provided induction plate and the shower platform must really be redone in room #509!! 8/10!!!"

"This hotel has its good and bad points. Let me start with the good points: it is clean and beautiful, on a high floor with a good view, and has smart home and toilet. The bad part is that there are rooms that are only about 25M but the instructions say they are 45M, so I don’t know where the remaining 20M went! Then comes the view. It said river view but it turned out to be city view. Fortunately it's on a high floor so the city view is acceptable, but it feels a bit mismatched. The room supplies said face towels, soap, and conditioner, but none of them were there. Because I stayed here for 3 consecutive nights, when the cleaning staff came to clean on the first day, he first used his card to open the door. When he found that it couldn't be opened, he knocked on the door vigorously. Then he pressed the key repeatedly in a very urgent manner, as if he wanted to break in. The next day we got up early and went out to eat, thinking that we would let him clean the room without interrupting his work. However, when we returned in the afternoon, no one had cleaned the room. I don’t know what the standards of the cleaning employee are. If he likes someone, he can come. If he doesn’t like someone, he won’t come? ! In the first room, I found that the toilet paper was too little, but I didn't call for paper delivery in the middle of the night. I notified him the next morning, and the paper was delivered, but it looked 🤢 (see picture). Then I asked him for more, and he said that they would add more when they cleaned the room every day. I said that this amount was not enough for a day, so he reluctantly gave me another roll. Toilet paper is rationed, so why are you so reluctant to give a little more? ! All in all, the price of more than 300 yuan for meals is not worth the service level. The most important thing is why there is not enough space of more than 20 square meters for meals? I feel totally cheated."

"Well, they didn't speak English which is okay because I speak some Chinese but others may have issues with it. The room was overall okay, they did warn me when I was checking in that under the hotel there's a KTV so it can be a little noisy until 2.00 am. But I think it was actually not that bad. The problem was the service attitude that when I went down to ask for help because the wifi didn't work, I was told to go back to my room and they will come to solve it soon. Now that took 3 hours until I marched down and told the guy at the front desk how upset I am and I was told, again, to go back to my room and they would be coming shortly. I told him I'm not going anywhere in a quiet upset tone that convinced him to finally come and help. Besides, when I couldn't tell something in Chinese they didn't even try helping to translate anything. So overall, the room is good, the service attitude not that much."
