As always, I chose the Marriott executive suite, and my overall stay was very satisfying. The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a good night's rest. Special thanks to the Guest Relations staff for their prompt and thoughtful communication, and for their efforts to assist with coordinating a late check-out. Their service was professional and warm. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were polite and attentive. Marriott's consistent quality is trustworthy, and this will remain my top choice for my next visit to Zhuhai!

The environment is very comfortable and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast selection is also very rich. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, so you'll never be bored. I highly recommend the sound bowl healing session; it's very relaxing and therapeutic. The hotel staff also has excellent service attitudes and responds quickly, especially Jenny, Colin, and Cassie~ I highly recommend coming here for a relaxing getaway.

My stay at the Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay Resort was generally satisfying. Lucas provided excellent service, responding promptly and helping to resolve many issues. The hotel also offered a complimentary 'Xiao Wan' travel photography session, which I'll definitely try on my next visit. The resort grounds are picturesque, with beautiful scenery at every turn. The room was clean and comfortable; I could feel the relaxation of a vacation just lying on the bed. The overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and everything from dining to entertainment was conveniently available in one place. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax by the sea. Oh, and the Banyan Tree mooncakes 🥮 were beautiful – I bought some for my friends. Thanks again to Lucas for helping with the express delivery!

For this short weekend getaway, I decisively chose the Penguin Hotel, making the whole trip worry-free and fun. The butler service was very responsive, helping us with special requests even before check-in and sending reminders for hotel activities. The hotel's overall theme and ambiance were fantastic, with cute penguin decorations everywhere; my child was so excited the moment we entered the lobby. The guest rooms offer a free selection of various children's amenities like bed rails and baby bathtubs, so we didn't need to pack a lot of gear when traveling with kids. The in-room Wi-Fi signal was stable, with no lag when watching videos or doing simple work. The hotel offers a variety of small activities, perfect for keeping the kids entertained during downtime. The luggage storage service was very convenient; we could store large items even after checking out, allowing us to explore the park freely. The restaurant's food delivery was quick, so there was no long wait even during peak dining hours. Anti-slip measures were well-implemented throughout the hotel, and any water spills on the floor were promptly dealt with, so we didn't have to worry about our child running and slipping. The staff were very detailed in answering questions, patiently guiding us on anything unclear. The room offered pillows of different materials, and we could request a change based on our sleeping preferences. The shower water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable bathing experience. There were multiple resting areas throughout the hotel, so we could sit down and rest whenever we got tired. Guests enjoyed early access to the park, allowing us to visit popular attractions in Ocean Kingdom during off-peak times and avoid large crowds. The entire vacation experience was satisfying and very suitable for a short family getaway. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel again for future visits to Chimelong.

I booked the Hyatt Regency Hengqin for the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, and the experience was excellent! 👍 First, a big thank you to Nicole for her warm hospitality, the welcome fruit, and the room upgrade. I prefer quiet, high-floor rooms, and Nicole chose a great one for me, which made for a very restful stay. Much appreciated. **Location:** Ideal for travelers heading to Macau or Chimelong. The hotel offers a free shuttle to Hengqin Port and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, making border crossing very convenient. The hotel is also connected to the Novotown shopping mall, so dining and shopping are just downstairs. **Room:** The guest room was spacious with good natural light and well-maintained overall. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the toiletries were of good quality. **Dining:** The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, including Cantonese congee, noodles, and dim sum. The live cooking stations produced good quality food. It can get crowded during holidays, so I recommend going early. **Facilities:** Features both indoor and outdoor pools, a well-equipped gym, and Camp Hyatt children's playground, making it family-friendly. I particularly loved their outdoor pool; it was beautiful at dusk. **Summary:** Overall, the hardware is excellent, making it suitable for short trips to Zhuhai and Macau, and for exploring Hengqin and Macau. Once again, a huge thanks to the beautiful, kind, and responsible Nicole for her hospitality, and also to all the staff at Hyatt Regency Hengqin for their service. I hope they continue their excellent service and wish the hotel thriving business!

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Zhuhai Hengqin was quite good overall. I especially want to commend the duty manager, Clarence. I encountered a minor issue during check-in, and he handled it quickly and with a consistently pleasant attitude, without being overly formal or dismissive. It made for a very comfortable interaction. Honestly, these little details are what matter most when staying at a hotel. The issue itself might not be huge, but you can definitely tell if the staff are willing to help and how smoothly they handle things. Clarence did an excellent job in this regard, and it significantly improved my entire stay. The hotel environment and rooms were both very comfortable, and the staff were generally polite. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hengqin.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just about 50 meters door-to-door from Hengqin Port – incredibly convenient! It's also easy to get to other places from here. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and is great value for money. The hotel's laundry room with a dryer is a huge plus, especially for cleaning up after traveling in hot weather! All the staff are super nice, particularly John and Tumiy, who patiently answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable during our stay. Overall, it's a great place, highly recommended!

The room was nice and clean. However, the location was a bit inconvenient as there wasn't much around, and we had to drive a long way to turn around to get anywhere. The butler's service attitude was good, but there was a mistake with our window seat reservation for the buffet. I was asked to add the butler on WeChat, and I only needed her to book a table for me. When we arrived, the reservation wasn't made. I called her, and she said she would communicate, but there was no follow-up. We had to wait 20 minutes and sit at a different table. After we finished eating, the butler came and offered a bottle of buffet red wine. If I wanted to drink, I would have poured it myself. If she had told us the reservation couldn't be made, we could have gone to a different restaurant. It was speechless to find out there was no reservation when we got there. Also, there was no shower gel in the room. By the way, the buffet was quite disappointing. Besides the beef ribs and sweet drinks, everything else was not good. The spicy stir-fried seafood was only ordered once, and we didn't even use the second ticket. The stingrays often had scales on them. The hairy crabs were small and black, and when opened, they were all black inside.

The room facilities are a bit old. The hygiene isn't bad, but there's a strange smell in the room. The water park only opens at noon, so for those staying for just one day, buying a hotel package that includes the water park is basically useless. You can enter an hour early, but so many people stay at the hotel it's like when Ocean Kingdom opens an hour early – it doesn't really help. The service was very mediocre. I dropped my phone in the room and had already checked out and returned the room key because I had to catch my high-speed train. I asked the lobby manager for help, and they told me to get back in the incredibly long queue for check-out and tax refunds just to get another room key. Luckily, there were many cleaning staff, and I asked them for help. After verifying my identity upstairs and downstairs, they let me back into the room to find my phone. And they wouldn't even let me keep the room key as a souvenir!

Upon entering the guest room, I was especially delighted; the room was well-ventilated, with fresh air and no musty or strange smells. The bedding was flat and clean, and the sheets and duvet covers felt brand new and fluffy, very comfortable against the skin, with no stains or hairs whatsoever. The bathroom was immaculately cleaned, with no water marks on the countertops or mirrors, and the toilet and shower area were thoroughly sanitized. The toiletries provided were complete and of good quality. The service throughout was exceptionally warm and attentive. The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient, with no complicated steps. Any needs during my stay were promptly addressed by the staff, and the cleaning ladies were meticulous, proactively replenishing drinking water, tissues, and other supplies. The hotel's attention to detail was particularly thoughtful; the lighting and power outlet layout were well-designed, and the WiFi speed was stable and smooth, perfectly meeting both work and leisure needs. The overall living environment was quiet and comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, ensuring a very peaceful night's rest. There were no hidden charges at the hotel, and the value for money was exceptional. It's perfectly suited for daily business trips, friends' getaways, or short stays. I've already bookmarked this place, and I will definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit the area. I sincerely recommend it to all fellow travelers!
