"I would like to thank all staff of Pullman Zhuhai for their kindness and hospitality. especially Mandy, always thoughtful ,attentive, and caring, ,. (she is a valuable asset to the hotel), and also thanks for the cleaning lady for taking care of us during every stay, very clean room, and she is always sweet. very good stay again, feel like home, we stayed for 2 nights too last week, and again this week, we had good sleep. quite, cosy and comfortable room. great breakfast, good food and environment, n friendly staffs. we had a bit of problem of insufficient air con yesterday, the maintenance staff came right away to fix it , very attentive, problem solved, , till this morning, the aircon became weak again , the hotel let us change our room to the room next to us. Im very impressed and grateful of the thoughtfulness of the staffs to save us hazzle of moving to another room, we simply just move our stuffs to next room, wth help of housekeeping. again, thanks for taking care of us, great hospitality and attention to details. we appreciate. :-) I would happily recommend this hotel to my friends and collegues."

"It was a fantastic weekend and the manager Jerry was very helpful. He helped arrange a connecting room and upgraded our rooms to river view. He also arranged a birthday cake for my wife. A very clean and good service hotel. However, the buffet closes very early (21:00) guess we will have to come again before we can try next time."

"We had the best weekend getaway at Hyatt Regency in Zhuhai! It was our first time visiting this new location, and we chose the hotel because it seemed like the perfect option for family travel. Despite the less-than-ideal weather, the hotel had everything we needed for a great time. The activities and facilities for kids were incredible: a kids club, indoor playroom, outdoor playroom, indoor kids' pool, and both indoor and outdoor pools. Our children had a blast! The food was spectacular, with a range of flavors and high-quality dishes. Selina from the Food & Beverage team was a miracle worker for us. Her kindness and willingness to help made our experience above and beyond, especially with two little ones in tow. She resolved any issues we had and helped coordinate our meal times, navigating the language barrier like a pro. A huge shoutout to Selina and her team for making our dining experience so enjoyable! We also took advantage of the spa services. The spa is quite comfortable and spacious. I had a regular massage treatment, which was good. While I’ve had better massages, it was still relaxing. I specified that I wanted a full head, neck, and back massage, but due to the language barrier, it wasn’t fully understood. This is an area for improvement to ensure clients leave 100% satisfied. However, the pre- and post-service experience was impeccable. The Front Desk staff, especially Filbo, made our arrival smooth and welcoming. We received a room upgrade for both families and were greeted in a fantastic manner. After a long journey, especially with tired kids, it was a relief to have everything ready for us. Filbo extended a warm welcome on behalf of the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed, including special treats for the children. Since the weather wasn't great, we decided to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom to wrap up our trip. The hotel informed us about their shuttle service to Chimelong, which was great. They even extended our check-out time so we could get the kids cleaned up and ready for our journey home. Overall, our stay was spectacular! Every detail was thought out for families, ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of the kids. I would return to this hotel every time I visit Zhuhai and highly recommend it, especially for families traveling together!"

"We love the idea that this hotel is connected to a huge indoor park, hence we booked the biggest room 1774 for parents and kids, which was said to be 70sqm. However, when entering the room, we found the room is too small, looks more like a 35-40sqm. Then we walked to the balcony and that's explained, the balcony was quite big, surrounding the whole area; however, it's completely filthy & moldy, covered with thick layer of dust, seems like nobody ever vacuum or mop it. I dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the electric sofa, guess what I found? 2 big pieces of food on a stained carpet. There's something looked so disgusting 🤢 on the drainage in the bathroom that I didn't dare to take a close photo. The toilet seat is crooked. Overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, good location. Plus point: can watch fireworks to the fullest from the balcony. Honestly speaking, we did have good time despite the unhygienic room. Hopefully this poor hygiene was just due to overwhelming peak season."

"The hotel enjoys an exceptional location, offering unparalleled sea views from the bed, and guests can enjoy the sunrise over the sea. The hotel enjoys easy access to amenities such as the Gongbei Port shopping mall and the tourist bus station, both of which are within a few minutes' walking distance. The hotel maintains high standards of hygiene and provides excellent service. I would have no hesitation in considering staying here again on my next visit to Zhuhai. However, it should be noted that the supply of fruit on the 35th floor, which is cleaned at 21:30, is not available in time to meet guest requests."

Our room was impeccably tidy and spacious, and we sincerely appreciate the butler team’s dedication in addressing our needs, particularly with the laundry service.   Dining at the restaurant was a pleasant experience. Despite the holiday rush, the staff handled the busy period with remarkable efficiency, ensuring quick table turnover and prompt service. The food selection, blending both Chinese and Western cuisines, was delightful, with each dish prepared to a high standard.   The gym facilities were another highlight—spacious and equipped with top-tier amenities, surpassing what we’ve experienced at many other hotels in the past.   Above all, it was the team’s warmth and professionalism that made our stay truly memorable. We’d like to extend special thanks to:   - Ben Zheng (Social Restaurant Manager) for the engaging conversation about local culture, traditions, and upcoming festivals.   - Sam at the bar, who kindly introduced us to the special daily event at 6:00 PM.   - Terry at the main entrance, whose assistance during check-in was invaluable.   - Sean Bi (Assistant Front Office Manager), for promptly resolving an oversight during checkout.   We deeply appreciate the genuine care and hospitality extended to us throughout our stay. "Just had a surprise birthday weekend for the family! We have 3 June birthday boys! It’s always a headache to arrange gathering . This year we have decided to just go for a quick weekend in Zhuhai ! We chose Zhuhai Grand-Bay Hotel . Their staff very friendly, service was great !! Most importantly are their manager Allen and associate Yuko !! Both were very helpful , not just during work hours but they also assist us over their leaves too !!"

"Our stay at Chimelong Hengqin was excellent. The package we booked includes breakfast buffet, unlimited access to the Ocean Kingdom for two days, 1 night with 1-way yacht ride to or from the hotel. It also includes Chimelong show ticket for two. We booked this hotel for my birthday and it was a really great stay. We booked the Starlight room for us to see the fireworks display at night from our room. It was wonderful and the fireworkds display lasted for fifteen minutes. We had an excellent time. The only downside was that the frontdesk can’t speak English really well so she weren’t able to answer our questions regarding ocean kingdom passes, show schedule, etc. She didn’t give us an Ocean Kingdom map together with the tickets so we wasted a lot of time finding out the show schedule on our own. The assigned reception lady failed to direct us to go to the hotel lounge where our complimentary refreshments await. We learned about it only after we checked out by staying there while waiting for our car pick-up. There are two wings in the hotel: Seahorse and Dolphin. For the breakfast, we were informed to go to seahorse wing but our buffet is called “Dolphin Buffet”. We had to go back to the main lobby to ask where to go exactly.🤣🤣 Travel tips for foreigners visiting this hotel: Always have your translator app ready. Do your research and read other reviews thoroughly to know how to get around. The hotel itself is so huge. Going from one place to another takes some time. From 9-10am, the buffet area is packed and sometimes you are to be on queue for noodles, changfan, waffles and some others. Have breakfast early.😇"
