Came here for a short weekend getaway and found this place last minute. To my surprise, the location is super convenient – really close to the beach, shopping mall, and night market. It's a quiet retreat nestled in a lively area, with a lovely mountain view courtyard, very relaxing! The place was spotless, and all the facilities were new. For this price, especially on a Saturday, it's really great value for money! They even gave us a snack bag when we left, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend!

The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful! They even thoughtfully provided sunshades for cars parked outside. Check-in was super quick, and staff assisted with luggage all the way to our room. The sea view was absolutely stunning! This time we stayed in the Candy House room with our child, and they were able to play independently the whole time. The hotel also has an amusement park where kids can easily spend half a day. Plus, you can even watch the sunrise directly from the room – it was amazing 🌄. The room itself was very clean and well-equipped. We were in the VIP building, and just across the lobby on the 3rd floor was the hotel swimming pool, which was quiet and comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located right across the street from the beach 🏖️. In the evenings, there are various snack streets and seafood stalls within a 10-minute walk for dinner, offering great value for money. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also very rich, with lots of desserts. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 👍

I booked a king-size bed room, and the front desk staff, Xiao Feng, handled my check-in. She even helped upgrade my room. Her service was warm and patient, and the check-in process was very quick. The room had excellent natural light, with large French windows offering a wide view. It was clean and tidy overall, with complete amenities, including a mini-fridge, making for a very comfortable stay. The experience was great, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time. Highly recommended!

This time, I brought my whole family to stay at the Penguin Hotel, and overall, the experience was really good. What impressed us most was its location. The hotel is directly connected to Ocean Kingdom, which is incredibly convenient for families with children. No need to bother with taxis back and forth; if the kids get tired, we can always pop back to the room to rest our feet instead of having to power through the itinerary. We booked a Gold Sands Fireworks View Family Room. The room had ample space for the whole family to spread out, and the cleanliness was well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable – perfect for recharging after a long day of fun. The hotel offers a good variety of restaurants, with options to suit all ages, though it can get quite crowded during peak meal times, so I'd recommend dining at off-peak hours. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the staff were generally friendly and responsive to our inquiries. The entire hotel is decorated with a penguin theme, which kept the little ones excited the whole time. Just being able to see penguins in the lobby kept the kids entertained for ages. Having accommodation, dining, and entertainment all in one place saved us a lot of hassle with trip planning, allowing for a more relaxed vacation pace. Overall, it's a great place for families with children. While there are minor drawbacks, they didn't detract from the overall holiday experience. If you're visiting Chimelong with kids, the Penguin Hotel is definitely a stress-free top choice.

This was my first stay here, and I was really impressed by the hotel's design. It's rare to find a hotel with such a distinct 'Shanghai style,' and the color palette is very pleasing to the eye. The lobby constantly plays various sports events; today it was La Liga. Sitting in the lobby, enjoying a drink and watching the game was incredibly comfortable. The actual environment is exactly like the hotel's promotional pictures!

The overall experience exceeded my expectations. Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel offers comprehensive resort amenities. The hotel's shuttle bus system is well-developed, connecting all attractions within the resort, making travel planning easy. Security management is strict, with security facilities at key points and staff constantly patrolling. The parking lot has ample spaces, and the fees are transparent, making parking convenient. The luggage service is attentive, with simple and efficient handovers. Room cleaning is meticulous, keeping the room dry and tidy. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the towels and bathrobes are clean and odor-free. Toiletries are well-stocked, and the slippers are of good quality. Hot water supply is stable, and the shower gel and shampoo are gentle to use. The in-room Wi-Fi signal is stable, and the air conditioning temperature control is accurate. The buffet offers a rich variety of dishes with many flavor options, and the food quality is excellent. Lifeguards in the pool area constantly monitor the situation, and the water quality is well-maintained. The gym is well-equipped and regularly inspected and maintained. The staff are patient and polite, and any issues can be communicated. The resort environment is spacious with a strong vacation atmosphere, making it very suitable for families or friends traveling together.

【Thoughtful Touches】Exclusive 24-hour butler service: First off, the front desk lady was incredibly polite and patient when we checked in that evening! The front desk also had roasted sweet potatoes and popcorn for the kids, and parking at the hotel is free. For breakfast, there's a lovely selection with a 'nine-compartment' tray, steamed buns, shaomai, fruit, noodles, and soy milk – it’s clear they put a lot of thought into it. The front desk lady even gave us an extra breakfast. I also left something behind, and they kindly reminded me to go back and get it. If I come back to Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The Chimelong Circus Hotel in Zhuhai has a strong circus theme atmosphere. It's within walking distance of Ocean Kingdom and the Chimelong Show Theatre, making it very convenient for getting around the resort area. Before checking in, we paid an extra 299 RMB at the front desk to upgrade our package, which gave us a more spacious and comfortable room, and included a double buffet dinner. In comparison, the breakfast experience was far better than dinner: breakfast offered a full range of options, with a rich selection of freshly made pastries and Cantonese dishes. The dinner, however, was generally not good value for money, with fewer dish choices, and during holidays, we even had to wait for a table due to the crowds. The room was clean, and guests have the perk of early park admission, making it suitable for families. If dining quality is a priority, I'd suggest doing this upgrade more for the room type and not having high expectations for dinner.

Falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was incredibly relaxing. On Saturday morning, they offered a complimentary island tour and an aromatherapy session, which was a lovely bonus. The hotel restaurant's cuisine was excellent; the squid was particularly delicious! It's also the closest resort to the pier, just a 10-minute walk away.

The overall hotel experience was great. It's easy to find and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean, tidy, and cozy, and the bedding was soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom was dry and odorless. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip. It's also super convenient for visiting attractions.
