It started already at the arrival - the hotel is so new that no navi knows it exactly. If there is no other problem, but there are no signs on the ground, so we had to park on the wrong parking site and then have to repark after check-in. The hotel's parking site has a combined entry. - and exit, but only after exit appears due to the position of the barrier and the missing shield. The hotel is still a stack of building materials left the entrance - you will find out in the hotel that the fitness sound mentioned on the homepage is not yet complete. The rooms are great, everything is new, the bathroom is really big and skillful. There is really abundant stick here. But then there are details that are damaged and incomprehensible: the reading lamps on the bed, or especially their switches are too high to reach those out of the bed. Very nice hotel. 1. The room is very clean. Although the facilities are not the most advanced, they feel comfortable and convenient. The bathroom only has a shower, but the water temperature is very good, and the entire bathroom is very clean. A free bottle of mineral water is provided in the room. 2. Breakfast is full, there are different kinds of bread pastry, different kinds of cheese and sausage, various flavors of coffee and tea, different flavors of juice, you can also squeeze fresh orange juice, and so on. 3. The front desk of the hotel is very small, connected with the bar. We arrived at 7 o'clock in the evening. Many people stood there to drink, very lively. The German guy at the front desk is very good at service. We asked for directions. He offered to book a taxi for us the next morning. 4. The environment here is very suitable for hiking and beautiful scenery.

The hotel itself is nice with well-kept grounds, simple, clean rooms with a balcony or terrace, friendly staff, good breakfast, and even a swimming pool. I also noticed the width of the bed in the single room positively, probably 1.20 meters compared to the usual 1.00 meters. So far all good! But my rating is so low for the following reasons: 1) I slept very badly because I didn't lie very well on the mattress, which is certainly more a reflection of individual feelings. However, the large, thick pillow made it even more difficult to lie down. A second, smaller and softer pillow could easily help in my opinion. 2) Even if the statutory provisions on the Corona rules have largely fallen away, I would have liked to see more precautionary measures here: there is a dispenser with disinfectant in the entrance area and a large Plexiglas pane at the reception, both of which are completely fine with me. However, I didn't like the processes in the breakfast room at all: I think it's reasonable that the breakfast buffet is either protected by plexiglass walls (open at the bottom like at the reception) or the guests wear masks when they go to the buffet. But especially I think I can reasonably be expected that the employees in the breakfast room should continue to wear FFP2 masks and thus contribute to protection against infection! There are still people who are at increased risk due to their age and/or previous illnesses. It is important that these people are also in a Hotel felt safe and secure Without these two points of criticism, which I believe can be remedied with little effort and at low cost, it would have easily been four stars.
