Hotels in Dongao Island, Zhuhai

The facilities are old and the hygiene needs to be improved urgently. There were more than five hairs on the bed that didn't belong to us. We doubted whether we could change them after every guest. The bed in the room was very damp and I didn't sleep well all night. The environment of the small courtyard is good, but it is too lazy to take good care of it. Because inter-island vehicles are not allowed to drive up, you have to rely on shuttle buses to get in and out. The B&B is located in the middle of Line 3. When you get off the boat and leave the island, the housekeeper will have a vehicle to pick you up, and they are very patient when asking questions. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Eating in the morning is very inconvenient, so it is also good to provide breakfast.

It was my first time to Dong'ao Island. The scenery was beautiful, the hotel was very quiet, and the accommodation environment was very good. I am very grateful to the concierge Feng Junhui for providing us with thoughtful service and professional itinerary guide throughout the trip, which brought us a great experience on this trip!

The hotel is very new. The service staff, especially Zeng Zhihao, enthusiastically explained the various facilities and venues of the hotel to us. After we encountered problems, we contacted him and he quickly helped us solve them. In short, the experience was good. The ladies in the children's club were also very patient and enthusiastic when accompanying the children. The children liked it very much.

We stayed in the Pearl Room, which has three rooms, two with tatami and one with a sea view balcony. The manager Deng Lin was very nice and took great care of us. It happened to be the beginning of the year and there were not many people there, so she upgraded us to a room together. The boys and girls there were very nice. At night, we sat next to the moon platform and they brought us hot tea and peanuts. The room was also very clean. We will come again next time!

We had a wonderful time. Our registration was quick and easy. The reception staff was very helpful. We were given a wechat contact on arrival of one of the receptionists who was great for answering our questions. A lot of the staff spoke English very well which made things easier. The bar staff was great and the drinks were brought quickly. Unfortunately we were a bit early in the season so the outdoor pool was not open. There is a very nice and large beach area however there was only 1 place with chairs and no umbrellas. It would be nice if they spread some chairs out along the beach and install some umbrellas. We will definitely return again.

This time, the whole family traveled, although it was during the Chinese New Year, but the experience was very good. I originally booked only one night, and then stayed for another night. The location of this homestay is very good and convenient to walk from the pier in 3 or 4 minutes. The environment is pleasant. The room decoration is simple and comfortable, very suitable for relaxing. And the front desk is very friendly and welcoming, providing us with a lot of useful play suggestions and help.
