The facilities are old and the hygiene needs to be improved urgently. There were more than five hairs on the bed that didn't belong to us. We doubted whether we could change them after every guest. The bed in the room was very damp and I didn't sleep well all night. The environment of the small courtyard is good, but it is too lazy to take good care of it. Because inter-island vehicles are not allowed to drive up, you have to rely on shuttle buses to get in and out. The B&B is located in the middle of Line 3. When you get off the boat and leave the island, the housekeeper will have a vehicle to pick you up, and they are very patient when asking questions. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Eating in the morning is very inconvenient, so it is also good to provide breakfast.

The Gree Dong'ao Hotel I stayed at this time completely exceeded my expectations! Even the rooms with garden views face the sea, and it is particularly healing to watch the sunset on the balcony with the sea breeze. The overall design of the hotel is simple and stylish, and the bedding is so comfortable that you don't want to get up after lying down. The one I want to praise the most is Ling Jianzhao, the front desk guy! He was very enthusiastic from the beginning of check-in. When he heard that it was our first time to Dong'ao Island, he took the initiative to write down several niche attractions on the island worth visiting, and reminded us of the time of departure. Although I only stayed for one day, every staff member made me feel very kind. I will definitely choose this place next time I come to Zhuhai, and I will also recommend it to my friends~

We stayed in the Pearl Room, which has three rooms, two with tatami and one with a sea view balcony. The manager Deng Lin was very nice and took great care of us. It happened to be the beginning of the year and there were not many people there, so she upgraded us to a room together. The boys and girls there were very nice. At night, we sat next to the moon platform and they brought us hot tea and peanuts. The room was also very clean. We will come again next time!

It was my first time in Zhuhai. I chose Dong'ao Island with my children. I was very surprised to stay at Gree Dong'ao Hotel. The front desk lady, Xiao Wu, was warm and thoughtful. She also upgraded the sea view room for us. The children were very happy. The hotel facilities are good and the environment is good. Xiao Wu introduced the hotel features to us. The beautiful swimming pool and beach made us feel unsatisfied. Next time I come to Zhuhai, I will choose Gree Hotel again.

Traveled to Dong Ao island and stayed for two nights. The island is rather small and its natural beauty still remains very original. It has not yet been exploited by lots of tourism so it feels very authentic. Had a wonderful stay at this resort hotel. The hotel electric shuttle buses wait by the port for the guests when arriving so that’s very convenient. Once we got in the hotel lobby we were welcomed by Sue, the front office assistant manager. She explained about the hotel to us and upgraded our room. She also sent me all the timetables for the shuttle busses and opening time of the different restaurants of the hotel. She escorted us to the room and wished us a pleasant stay. She also told us about the special promotion for the buffet restaurant and helped us to book a table. The manager of the restaurant, Haron, welcomed us when we arrived to the restaurant for dinner and assisted us with our dietary needs. He was very professional and friendly. He remembered our preferences throughout our stay. He went out of his way to make us feel happy and enjoy dining in the restaurant. During our second evening, we we by the port area and wanted to go go back. One of the shuttle bus drivers, named Jack, drove us back although it wasn’t time yet according to the schedule. He was very nice and I enjoyed chatting with him through the way to the hotel. I recommend this destination for those who prefer a calm and beautiful scenery and Marriott would off course be the best choice. I hope I can get the chance to go there soon again.

After moving in, I found that this house is warmly decorated and very clean. Later, I went to the beach to play for a long time. In the middle of the night, I mistakenly thought that the child had a fever, so I sent a message to the proprietress to borrow a thermometer. She couldn't find it at her home, so she ran out to borrow one. Fortunately, the child had a false alarm. I was already very grateful, but the next morning, the child accidentally soiled the bed. When I offered to pay 100 yuan for the cleaning fee, the boss said that the child didn't matter and refused to accept it. Later, the WeChat transfer showed sincerity with a slight apology. The landlady finally confiscated it. Going out is not as convenient as being at home, not to mention that with children, you can stay in hotels of all sizes.
