Very good place to stay in Zhuhai. It is not far from the gongbei macau border , convenience store just down of the building , room is very clean and tidy also very spacious, washing machine with dry function, staffs are very friendly. I will definitely stay again when visiting Zhuhai next time.

The geographical environment is good, easy to get on and off, the hotel room is clean and hygienic and big enough, the only drawback is the bathroom shower and drain deducted points, special mention, sound insulation is very good Although the floor is not high, a d can not hear the sound of the car is very good, curtains and enough shading, the next day can still sleep very late, two ladies in the lobby are very good, help us solve all problems, worth mentioning Miss Jiang is very attentive to listen, highly recommend next time to accompany me to solve

I had a comfy experience with the concierge service! They provided helpful information, and I especially appreciated the warm welcome from Bella at the reception. It was also a big relief that they could speak Cantonese! My room was cozy, and I had some of the best sleep there. Plus, the location is fantastic if you are planning to head to Macau the next day! Unfortunately, it rained during my stay, so I missed the chance to go swimming. I hope I get to try out their swimming pool next time!

All the staff were good at speaking English and very friendly especially Brown! He kindly informed us all the detailed information during check in, and the room was clean, neat and tidy. Location is also perfect as it is right next to a shopping mall. I'll come back here for sure

Location is so convenient, just 2 minutes walk from Gongbei port. Many eateries nearby. Rooms are big and spacious with good view. Many amenities provided. Excellent service by reception Ms Chen Xinyi for being so patience and kind to explain interesting tourist spot. This has save us a lot of time and effort to look for it. The house keeper too was very quick to respond to our call.

Fantastic experience all around. Stayed in the hotel room and also in the camping caravan. Both the adults and kids loved the experience. One or two small minor inconveniences but can't the overall service more than made up for it. Maybe a bit difficult for English speakers but can't fault them - we chose to go to China and to this particular hotel, so it's only fair we made the effort to learn a bit of Chinese!

This is a great midrange hotel with everything the average traveler may need. There is a small gym room and a couple of free laundry machines. These are both on the 31st floor as is the lobby. When you enter on the ground floor there’s nothing. It’s kind of a weird feeling. However, just go to the elevators and go to the 31st floor where the lobby is. Rooms are as described. Service: I got superb service from Jimmy and from Xena, both at the front desk. Jimmy came to my room around 2am to help me with turning on the air conditioning as it has been a very hot day. Xena patiently helped to sort out my reservations. Both were always very helpful whenever I needed help.

Our room, food, and service were all excellent! We loved every minute of our stay, especially the private bathtub and pool on our balcony. The breakfast and dinner buffets were both exceptional. Over the top service with this exceptional staff at reception Aurora! I booked 2 rooms (a 2 bedroom suite and a one king family room). We were able to check into our 2 bedroom suite at 11am and Ms Aurora explained that our second room will be available in about an hour. She even gave us her WeChat and informed us when our room was ready. We needed to book shuttle bus from hotel to Chimelong for 11 people and she helped us over WeChat as well. Thank you Aurora, we will definitely come back again!

We had a good time of the stay. The room is spacious and staffs are friendly. But just very crowded when checked in time, which spent almost one hour for 10 persons (3 rooms). And the lift to get up rooms seems not equal with demands. Suggested to have a staff to mange the queue to get in lift, as we waited long time to get in the lift but someones always cut the queue while we were carrying childrens not fast as them. Hope this can be improved.
